It’s supposed to be open on Sundays but it’s closed!! no one is picking up the phone , no recording saying it’s closed for Easter. nor is there any sign saying it’s specially closed for Easter or anything. Terrible!!

This place is horrible. I come in here to buy a few things and try a few different things and from nowhere I'm paying an additional $40 and I'm like what is this for !! ? It's for a Membership!! and I'm like for what ? I did not want to pay for that, I came here for a few things not to pay for a membership I don't need. Truly Ridiculous! She made it seem like she was updating my account that she found from my email, and asked me for my address 4x because the system kept asking for it. After I paid, I asked how much the products were because the total didn't add up. She said the receipt would show that I paid for membership, but the money was in my GNC account because she decided to upgrade the membership without telling me in order to do me a "favor" and "save" me money on the products I bought. I told her to cancel my upgraded membership and she said she couldn't do that. She said I had to call GNC directly. I can see why GNC is going bankrupt

I worked here for two months in which the manager was verbally abusive to me and other employees. She only cares about the money and if you don’t magically convince people to spend over $100 every purchase u will be harassed by her and constantly yelled at about your sale numbers.

Absolutely terrible. The sales associate was very nasty, rude and condescending. He definitely had no knowledge whatsoever and kept badgering me with questions especially when I had to make returns. On one return, he told me that's the price I am getting back on his screen not on the receipt. Then I proceeded to return the next item and he got bent out of shape and rude with me. He then kept asking me why I didn't want the item, I told him, I didn't want the item, then kept insisting, I just told him, I just want to return the item. He definitely needs to learn how to speak to customers correctly. I even made a call to corporate and they took care of the matter. Do not shop in this store, horrible customer service.

Horrible manager, cursed out staff in front of me. Staff was very unprofessional.
