Disappointed with the customer service here. I asked Anthony about the Riojas ans he was extremely condescending and expected me to know where to look for the wines; i don’t understand why is so difficult to just directme without the sass.

The variety of "spirits" to choose from was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The issue was the long wait to be serviced. Im a patient person. Im courteous and respectful. The service was below average. Once I was finally acknowledged we discussed the wine selections (3 to be exact). When it was time to ring up my order the "temperature" changed. I felt like I was in a 1950s bad movie. I was trying my best not to feel like the store used ID to racially profile a customer. Made no sense to me. The 3 customers before me were not asked for their ID. The 2 customers behind me were not asked for theirs either (I stayed there to watch). After i watched, I asked why they (the cashier and manager) didn't ID the other 5 customers. He said because I looked young. I didnt want to push the issue. Im a female. I was alone. I was in a neighborhood that wasn't mine. The way I was profiled was something I wasnt prepared for so i just walked out. My thing is ask everyone for ID not just black customers.

Terrible with Drizly orders. The delivery person was waiting less than 10 mins and left without contacting me. I call Fairway to make sure my order gets delivered and all he cares about is that Drizly is to blame. I dont care about your job woes u get a check for that. Where is my order?!?!?!?! Fairway Wine and Liquor is dead to me. Rudeness and lame excuses; totally unprofessional!
