I have experienced incompetence at the highest level at this branch. I went in to open a custodial account for my son and was quite emphatic that while it will be inevitably linked to my primary account, I needed two separate cards. First, it took an unreasonably long time to get the transaction done. Furthermore, after trying to use my primary debit card after leaving the bank, my transactions were denied. This nincompoop had closed my account and issued me a temporary card with the same number. Of course, since the temporary card does not have a security code, it could not be used.I called their number and was transferred to the customer service instead where a similarly inept customer service representative informed me that my only recourse is to visit the bank to get this rectified. Time is a very scarce commodity for me , hence I do not have another 90 minutes to waste. As you can guess: I am very disgruntled customer and rightly so.

I came in around 3 pm Thursday afternoon because I had an issue with my online savings account. There were several people ahead of me waiting to speak to a representative. We were all pretty patient. A woman, who I later realized was the branch manager, would touch base with us from time to time, to assure us that we would get assistance. AN HOUR LATER, I could stand it no longer and flagged the branch manager down, saying I've been waiting!!!! Help me!!!! She led me to her office and I explained her situation. Unfortunately, my online problem could not be resolved in person. Argh! She was empathetic and definitely a cheerleader of the Citibank brand as she asked me to please keep my business with Citibank despite my online issues. She was good.

The atm didn't recognize my pin so I went online and changed it. This stupid thing still would t recognize it. I've been here for 30 mins and the 1800# is horrible I was forwarded so many times. I wanted to cry. I really needed to get into my saving for an emergency

Jean is a teller at this location. My interactions with her has been either rude and passive aggressive. Jean's customer service skills is severely lacking, it's typical of Citibank as a whole. Ultimately, I closed my account, but I'm still grateful for this recent horrible experience.

Worst Bank ever, horrible customer service. Tried to close my account. Took over 3 weeks with countless phone calls speaking to reps that were clueless. They overdrafted me and then opened up a line of credit. Will be filing a complaint with BBB and federal reserve

I have to say, after reading the reviews, I was hesitant to go to this branch. It was the closest one to where I was, so I took a chance. THE BEST THING I DID THAT WEEK! My Aunt had recently passed and I needed to close out her accounts. The branch manager, Ms. Moses, explained the details listed on my aunts account and the process that needed to happen. She directed me to Ms. Shaw. Ms. Shaw walked me through every step of the way to close the multiple accounts my aunt had. On a separate day, she helped my cousin through the same process. I live in New Jersey, but now have a Citibank account because of her. I was hoping I would get a survey to fill out, but it never came, so i decided to write a review. IF YOU HAVE A CITI ACCOUNT, THIS IS THE BRANCH YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, all wrapped up in one branch. THANK YOU for all your help.
