Chase is a horrible company my mother is opening a business and made an account with chase they closed her account and they told her to wait 2 weeks it has been 3 weeks and has not returned her money horrible service

I had did a bill payment on my CHASE moblie app. and got alittle concerned that the bill wasn’t going to get paid. So off I go to the Chase branch in Pelham ,NY on 5th Ave. I was meet by Devon. He took me to his office and listened to my concerns. He explained the process and how Chase does things right. Within 2 hours I got a call from the company I paid the bill to on the Chase app saying that they received the payment. My point is that Devon listened to my concerns. Thanks Devon.

This week Chase has caused such mental anguish and emotional despair. On 8/12/22, A customer service representative "in error" closed my saving account. For 5 days I was told" wait one business day and the account will be reopened ". I needed my funds to pay my rent and other expenses. I will be honest, I cried when the representative on the phone stated there weren't any notes in the system even though I called 4 times. Moving forward, I decided to go to the branch again on the 4th day. Praying for a miracle. When I arrived at the Pelham branch , I had the pleasure of working with the teller Michelle Keels. I briefly explained the situation and that I needed my funds transferred to my checking so I can pay my rent and such. Michelle Keels said, don't worry I will help you. "Let me figure this out" within 3 minutes I was able to transfer my funds and make a withdrawal! I had to immediately tell her manager Ms. Vera who was as equally empathetic and understanding.I am so grateful for Michelle and I want to thank Ms. Vera for taking time out her busy day to listen to me. You gals single handedly saved Chase, because I was going to file a complaint with the OCC and take it to social media. Instead I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you ladies again! I am so grateful for you two.

Been a Chase Bank Customer for decades- Went into the Pelham, NY branch to open an online business brokerage account- Had to deal w Daniel Malluzzo, Chase Private Client, Pelham. Right away I knew- NEVER before had a JPM/Chase Business Employee acted so unprofessionally- going out of his way to be difficult/ to say no. Instead of finding ways to be proactive, help get the account open, Daniel Malluzzo acted abrasively, offensively towards me-- very unprofessional. The following morning, I get a call from Malluzzo, said he won't open the account because of some NACIS# (which I've never heard of), provided no explanation and hung up.
I walked down the street to BancAmerica. Took approx. 10 minutes to open the exact same account. The Advisor said they haven't used NACIS in years. I've been a clean JPM/Chase Bank Customer for decades-- both biz and personal. Daniel Malluzzo should NOT be working with professional people-- a very negative/ bad business attitude! Tom D.

Unfortunately I don’t recognize anyone that used to work there anymore but this isn’t exactly a new banking trend. However, I had a terrible situation that needed to be resolved ASAP! and the Branch managers were terrific at putting me at ease. That’s all I was looking for.

Worst customer service , they have new tellers who don’t like their job , don’t want to see you even though you are giving them your business , considerable amount of money , still no service !

The Mount Vernon bank is my favorite bank The staff as well as management are always patient and kind with me.The manager sandy as well as flora and other reps helped me understand my account better especially after my divorce nd gaining my independence. I had a great experince with their customer service upon entering the bank their is always a rep asking if I need help. I will continue banking with chase bank.

I will be sending a discrimination complaint to corporate regarding this evening's issue. Vice President was very rude and waisted my time over a phone call to verify check, I was cashing while not being a account holder. He proceeded to tell me I was waiting his time, while I was the waiting customer, when I complained that he was wasting my time and requested he make the call and get me completed as quickly as possible. He continues to speak over me and then handed check back and told me to go someplace else. Very rude and disrespectful Luis F. Moreno you should be ashamed of yourself. You do not deserve to manage a bank like Chase Bank. Was poor service and costed me 60 dollars for the taxi that was waiting for me outside.
