I have nothing bad to say about the work they do with clothes.
Suggestion!!! If you are Hispanic, do not take your clothes to that place, the man who serves disguises himself as a good person but he is hypocritical and discriminatory. He knows what he did to me on two occasions but I will NEVER allow it again, I do not plan to go to that place ever again.

Have been coming to this place for over 10 years. I moved out of Pelham and always come back here if I need anything important cleaned or clothes repaired. Always professional and friendly service. If you come here you will be in good hands!

Well, I have not been to Carol Cleaners since the new owners took over. However, I was in a bind and the half empty store shore have been a tip off. DO NOT waste your time 5 shirts, one tuxedo with shirt, khakis and blazer. $ 165 later. Nothing was done correctly. I request medium starch, nope! The collars are droopy and pressed wrong. My khakis have no crease and are wrinkled already (5 mins) and they looked like they were only washed not dry cleaned and pressed. Additionally, I received a lot of push back on what I wanted when I was dropping off my clothes. If you as a business cannot comply with the requested service, it is much better to say so at the start rather than have an unsatisfied customer. Maybe I am getting crotchety as I get older, how hard is it to get the service you are paying good money for. Pelham has gone to the dogs.

Agree with previous reviewer that a 5 year old could have done better. I was assured my dress would be altered in time for my brothers wedding, only to come back to a nightmare of a costume malfunction waiting to happen the day before I left. Luckily Fashion Care at four corners saved the day. I dropped my winter jacket at the same time and the fur collar was burnt to a crisp, only just took it out to wear and discovered the damage. Wow.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place EVER!!! All they want is your money. I have never in my life given a reputable tailor a piece of clothing to fix and have them give it back to me in the condition that this place did! If the tailor can not fix than they should not do it! But at Carols in Pelham they take over a month for 5 pieces of clothing and hand it back to me as if a 5 year old did the job. I had a pair of pants and a dress that needed inseams fixed and it was given back to me still ripped. I wanted wide leg pants altered to boot cut and I got stitching going down the middle of the left leg but the right leg was stitched differently on the side. I needed a button on a dress flap and the button is placed in a way that the flap is still wide open!!!!! I was EXTREMELY patient and understanding during the month long wait for my clothing but it looks as if the job was done over night and rushed. This is a disgusting money hungry piece of poop place!!!!! You have been warned!!!!! I will figure out how to post pictures soon! I wish I could give them 0 stars because 1 Star is way to good for them. -Anne Y.
