I totally understand the concept of full automation, however the communication between central office and local facilities and renters needs to be way tighter and better organized. I have a slew of Emails but still find myself having to make phone calls to get information such as facility access codes, etc.

I went at 10:30pm tonight and was able to enter through the first door but the elevators denied access!! No Stairs either to go upstairs to the floor my locker is in! No way to contact a live person & only other option is to leave a voicemail. On top of already raising the monthly payments, this is false advertising and I want my money back for this ridiculous way to operate a business. “24 hour access” my a**. Anyone who needs something out of there and/or is going through an emergency will be highly upset as am I since there was no notice received regarding this.

I have been storing my belongings at Storage Post for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the level of service they provide. The staff is always polite and professional, and the facilities are impeccably clean. I truly feel like my belongings are in good hands with Storage Post.

Carts are not always available. Last Sunday I could not get a cart for several hours. Yesterday I had to wait well over an hour for a cart. I'm told that some tenants keep them in their units.
