He showed me multiple mattresses & explained individual information on each mattress etc. I finally made my mattress selection. Then he explaned how I could make the purchase. I decided to finance & was approved quickly. I truly recommend going to Mattress Firm.. for its personnel knowledge & professional courtesy.”
“I went into this store on a mission for a new bed, after recently having surgery on my back, and Sam the man was a great big help and i was able to purchase a new bed that same day. It also was delivered the next day with no issues. His staff/team were very helpful as well over the phone and the delivery guys Frank & Rudy were terrific! Prince, the owner of the showroom was so pleasant and helpful that he personally helped us with listening to our needs and not up sell anything to us with his interest in mind. The quality of furnitures I ordered and mind you...I ordered quite a few...they were beyond my expectations and was delivered on quick promised dates and with a service with a smile.
