Useless making a reservation when they don't even acknowledge it, waited 30 mins to get seated. Service was extremely unprofessional, including one of the managers. It took almost an hour to an hour & 30 mins to get our food while others were just getting seated and served. On top of that the manager dropped our food on us and the table. You're better off at Chuck E. Cheese ? The food was also cold ? don't waste your time or money

They should close this location the service is not good anymore wait time for food is long, servers act like you're bothering them when you're ordering food. Keep the arcade get rid of the food.

I made reservations for a party of 3 so we could come here and watch the Superbowl. I was very skeptical that we'd actually have a table when we got here. I was happily proven wrong! As soon as we got here, we were seated at our table and everything else remained "smooth sailing"! Our waitress was wonderful! I, unfortunately, forgot her name. She checked on us often and was on top of it. We really enjoyed our food, too. (Appetizers, an entree and dessert! Drinks,too!) No complaints. This was a very nice Superbowl experience. They even did a raffle!

The kitchen service is ridiculous. The manager Tanisha is fucking rude and treats her employees like crap, i've been here enough times to see the disrespect of all the employee's including the maintenance man. the food is decent, and the ambiance would of been better if the attitude was fixed.

Horrible, at first a server seat us in a table with another family so I decided to walk out and do a reservation. I went back in with my reservation they greeted me nicely but than they brong my food cold, than they tooked longer to bring me plastic essentials mean while when I ordered I clearly told me to bring me it, the server had his finger on the food while bringing it to the table, server was talking over my drink, it was the worst experience but I was nice enough to paid for the untouched food cus we didn't even eat it because it was cold what was suppose to be a nice and fun occasion which was my child bday it was the worst I won't come here again ! Bad service !

Was lucky enough to get a last-minute reservation for 4 on a Saturday evening to celebrate my son's birthday. Was seated right away at a table they just finished wiping down (cleaning stuff was still there). Waited 15 minutes to get acknowledged and menus, but by that time, we had gone online and looked at the menu and knew what we wanted to order. Less than 10 mins later, 1 dish had come out (for my younger son), but we waited about another 15 minutes for the rest of the food to arrive. We ate, but our waitress didn't come back to check on us. Had to flag down a busboy to get extra things we needed. A manager came by right as we were about to leave. The waitress showed back up after we were ready to leave and wanted the check. We packed up our leftovers, and when looking at the check, we noticed she made sure to point out the tip section for what she thought was an appropriate tip. We didn't even want to stay to experience the games. But I guess we still had it better than the table next to us who arrived maybe 15 minutes after we did and had to get their own menus and the get a manager to get someone to take their order after being there for 30 mins. They were just getting their food when my table was leaving. On the upside, the food was ok, but the drinks were overly sweet. My husband was happy to be put right in front of the big wall showing the football games, so he was able to catch most of one game and about the first quarter of the next. I'm not sure if things were like that because they were busy or understaffed, but I don't think I'll go back to that location.

I went there this Thursday, Nov 16th '23. The games were fun, but the guy at the bar kept ignoring us and we went up to him MULTIPLE times. it was an hour and half before closing and we even tried playing some games to give him more time but the guy was being rude on purpose. At one point we would go to the other side that he was cleaning and he would glance at us and continue to work. Even when I called for him he ignored us. I am super disappointed, but not surprised.

Drinks are about $20 each and we ordered 4 of them which was like $80 and unfortunately had to leave them all on the table are trying it . All drinks were full of acid and tartness no alcohol was put in it just a liquer they use to have the taste . Spent more on the drink we did not drink then we did on the food . Also had to wait long periods of time for server since understaffed

I made reservations for my daughters birthday the food came out late the birthday girl never got her meal until after everyone ate their food and the birthday girl was a 4 years old. The food was cold and salty when we finally got it and the waitress was not available she was all over covering all the tables but other wise the the place was nice.

I am not sure why the reviews here were so poor. I just had my children's 10th and 8th birthday party here, and the event was excellent. We reserved a party room, and it was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff was nice, food was good and the manager was very professional. The children enjoyed all the video games. I would use this venue again for a party.

Went there last night worst waiter ever to watch Canelo fight place was empty I can see why Limited menu and no frozen drinks We had to ask him three times for a sprite Three tables in his area that could house 20 and he couldn't keep up Received bill he charged for a drink they did not have bro Come on Anyways gave him 10 dollar tip but I could have been 20 No napkins no straws

Far better experience here at this location than the one I had once before for an event in 2017. In 2017, I watched the first Canelo vs GGG fight here and the service was very neglectful to the customers. Staff rushed customers out of the building, fights broke out, and it was a complete disaster. I was there with my father at that event and our food and drinks didn't come until the event was almost over and with the rushing we almost didn't finish our food. Six years and another Canelo fight later and this time with my girlfriend, I reserved my table and sat in almost the same area as the last time but different table and I must say a complete improvement. Our server Melanie aka Minnie was very nice and very efficient and persistent with making sure we was good. Our food was good and my girlfriend enjoyed her drink and the beer was flowing like wine. Minnie earned her tip and this Dave and Busters location just earned a couple of customers.

Say what you will about D&B's at Pelham manor, as I've seen the negative comments, but when you come on a Wednesday night during the school year as an adult, maaaaaaaaaannnnn is it all fun as hell! Now, I can't say much to the food, and as for drinks, there was only one bartender when I went so that made it super slow to get anything (not their fault, they did what they could). But people come mostly for the games, and maybe it's the optimist in me that was just seeing the bright side of it all, but I had a blast. Most of the games worked well (except for air hockey, omg y'all fix that machine) so I got a good solid play through at the variety of games they had available. And since Wednesday is half off, we went HAM on playing as much as $30 would let us do. Is it a 4 star spot? Welllll I'd give it a 3.5 but rounding up here. Are there things to improve on? Absolutely. But if you come at the right day and time, it's a pure blast.
