I shop here regularly and never experienced a situation of the "worst" costumer experience I have ever had any were to date! Everything was normal up until I was leaving the store, when I had the "pleasure" of having Jackey check my receipts at the exit. I explained to her, (because I had 2 receipts) that " there was only 2 items on one receipt and the rest of the items were on the other" because it look like she was having a hard time reading them do to the duration of time it took. I only had 14 Items total, mind you. She snarky replied, "I'm just doing my job". I replied, " I know, I was letting you know because it was two different receipts and you seemed like you were having a hard time, you don't have to be rude." She follow up aggressively with, "I know how to do my job!" passed my wife the receipts and told us "now get the Hell out of my face!" without regauged to whom she was speaking to. If this BJs teaches customer service to their employees like this, they will be closing there doors like other store in the mall did shortly!

Ordered at 7am for pick up. The only available pick up time is 11am. Get to store, at 10:50 to see if possibly my order is ready. Girls looks at order number and says you have ro wait 10 minutes. Getting tired of bjs. Update: text comes thru at 11 that is ready. I'm standing right here, guess what order is not ready

I truly wish I could give a negative star for this store. Today I proceeded to shop with my son who’s autistic, not only that I’m also pregnant as it’s visible to see. While shopping I know how the process works when it comes to scanning n knowing I’m unable to life heavy objects high enough to the belt. The cashier proceeded to harass me multiple times to put up these items after explaining many times I can’t! I had to come around from the cart showing her my pregnancy to make it clear, and once she removed these items from my cart which was less than 10 items she proceeded to ask me to pick up the heavy item n put it back in the cart. Another person came along I guess a lead continues to verbally makes comments towards my son. Anyone who has disabilities kids especially small ones knows how hard it is to get anything done and have them calm. These staff needs to be retrained on how to deal with individuals with disabilities and expecting mothers. I felt so belittle and embarrassed that I had to come out of character just to explain myself which is not their concerns. This place has gone to the dogs and highly a let down.

The place has everything, it is very busy but it is very good, the quality of the products is excellent, there is an infinite number of good, beautiful and cheap products. I especially recommend it to large families because if it is for small families it is not good because they sell wholesale.

Locations. Goes through the process, ready for pick up. Drive from LI to the Bronx
Only to find that my order was cancelled. No call. No email. No communication. Awful. This is why I don’t trust online ordering.

I went to pick up my order and Estefaní (manager) left me waiting while she had a personal conversation with a coworker, while doing so three times she made eye contact with me and laughed. I asked her to please finish my order and she yelled at me. You don't have to wait. One of the men who brings the order to the car also intervened to yell at me and tell me that I had to wait for her to finish. She started throwing all my food in the car and when she finished she left it in the middle of the area and the man who yelled at me put the car outside, no one gave me the car, nor the receipt anything. The worst customer service and she is a manager. I won't shop there again!!

They need to bring different products already, the go bad fast, gas is not the best but still relatively cheap, we still waiting for card less pay and please keep all the lanes open individuals will learn how to use it to avoid extra long lines and put paper in the gas machines

The worst customer service I have seen there I went Saturday to do shopping like usual I spent over $500 and when I was done while I was exiting before I exit I looked at my receive notice that I was charged tax twice so I asked the cashier and she did not know what to say, so I saw some kind of manager in the floor and I asked her and she said let me see when she went to my shopping car. She said that I had too many mangoes and she took the mangoes out of my shopping car and she didn’t know why I was charged twice for tax and sent me to customer service while in customer service they didn’t know either so I went back the lady who helped me at the beginning which I think she was some kind of manager. Why did she take the mangoes out of my car after already had paid for them, she said because it was more mangoes than there were supposed to be in the box, so I asked her if I took too many quantities of mangoes why didn’t the cashier take it away from me at the register instead you decided to take it away when I asked you about the tax’s wish she was never able to answer. How the hell am I supposed to know that each box has nine mangoes inside when all I did was pick the box with the most quantity there’s no sign or anything just plain boxes that have mangoes inside. How the hell are we supposed to know how much we have to buy? do you know how embarrassing that was for her to dig in my Stuff and people look at me like I didn’t pay for my stuff and remind you this was not even going towards the security? This was just me asking a question about my receive
Everything was in cash so why double tax it seems like nobody knows. The mangos box doesn't even say how many are supposed to be inside .by the way, customer service also said the same thing that she was not supposed to dig in my car after I had purchased everything

I have no problem with this store. Go early in the morning or late evening to avoid the big crowd. Use the feature in the app. Scan your products using the bar code, have your payment method attached to the app, and out you go. You can look for coupons for a product too and download it. The person at the door will scan your stuff to make sure no one is stealing. And DONE!! Quick and easy.
