I love for the most part it is a quiet salon. I dislike salons that allow chatty people or cell phone calls when you are trying to enjoy a Mani/Pedi. I see Sue every other week she provides excellent service. Staff is very friendly and salon has COVID-19 procedures in place to protect their clients and employees.

I’ve been coming to this salon for well over 7 years; this is the first time that I was made to feel as though I was receiving gratis service. Furthermore, look at my cuticles!!! Andrea, the young lady who provided the service was curt, at best. The part that was most ghastly was the way they waited on the white customers, with such poise/ courteousness and provided quality service. I’m very disappointed and will not be going back to this establishment.

I've been going to this nail salon for years. Service has not always been great, but today was beyond egregious. The service was provided by Andrea, who seemed less than thrilled to be there. Furthermore, there was an obvious difference in the treatment of the white customers vs. customers of color was so obvious that it almost made me feel like I ignored a sign that read "WHITES ONLY". To receive this awkward and rude service, accompanied by the haggard job that she performed- I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again.

I only gave it 2 stars because they took me without an appointment (although it wasn't busy). The most rushed, non pedi-like experience. Horrible polishing. I actually think my toes look WORSE than when I walked in there. To add insult to injury it was the most expensive pedicure in the area.

This place deserves ZERO STARs!!I walked in and had an appt for 12pm on Mother’s Day. Another (white) woman standing next to me, had no appt. We were BOTH getting pedicures, I was also getting a massage. For some ODD reason the woman with NO appt got served first. I was told I could wait? Not sure what to make of it but the obvious- she is Caucasian and I am not. I left the place, sat in my car, and cried on Mother’s Day! Thank you for making me feel Horrible……. on Mothers Day!

Only go if you want a simple service that will only last a week I have gone several times and each time was disappointed. The pedicure is completed in less than 15 mins and it’s using the cheapest nails polish and watered chemicalsOwner is nice and a lot of Covid protocols but it’s business for nails is not good quality

Came here for a pedicure for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The place was calming and clean, and they took COVID precautions seriously. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all, as I usually do at other places where they are rushing you in and out to get more business. I even forgot my flip flops, and they provided me with a free pair so I would not ruin my pedicure. The price is in line with the quality of service I received. I will definitely be coming back regularly.

1 star because the location was very clean, they respected the 6 feet policy and open on Sundays. As far as service, ZERO. I called for a pedicure and powder gel. Once I arrived and halfway through the process, I asked to see the colors. At that point she started, We do not do powder gel. At that point, I was forced to get the gel. It wasnt busy but they had 2 people at the same time working on my nails. I kept informing the nail tech that the nail shapes are different on each hand. I prefer 1 person to do my nails to avoid uneven nails. Again, they ignored my concerns. Then, they asked what color I wanted ..I was told they will have to get color for me. I believed this was due to Covid however, I seen other people pick their own colors. I wasnt to thrilled about the color but it was ok. After she completed my nails, she presented me with a bill that was over 100 dollars. I was shocked but it is what it is at this point and I just wanted to leave and never come again. I felt over charged and my wishes were not addressed. That same day, my gel polish started to lift and peel. Now I'm really annoyed because I have to go back and get it fix. I went back the very next day and she asked what color I had. Of course I had no idea because I wasnt able to hold or even read the bottle. She tried to match the color but was unsuccessful. At this point, I said to find a color that is really close so I can leave. She then tried the color on another nail that was not chipped and she never wiped it. She then corrected my nail and I asked her what about the nail you added the wrong color on. She claim she didnt see a difference. I just left because she messed up another nail. After 100 dollars spent, I have 2 nails that's are still messed up and uneven nails. Never going back again.

I went yesterday for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. They practice social distancing each person getting pedicure was spaced apart and the workers wore face shields while doing your pedicure. They had plexiglass on their tables and still wore masks. They are friendly and welcoming. They are a little pricey but their customer service was great.

This place is trash. Have given it multiple attempts because it's so close to me but they do an awful job, always try to force me into a cheaper brand of polish (um, no thanks I want what I want?) and rush through everything. Gel manicure was $30. I gave 20% even though it was a s*** job because $6 isn't much. Apparently, 20% isn't enough. Sis...gfy. I'll take my business elsewhere.
