The morning manager was great, place always had equipment available, went on morning....and in evening....saunas and hot tubs spacious, the spot was pretty clean

Gym is always dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. Napkins and garbage everywhere.
The gym floor itself is very messy with dumbbells everywhere and weight plates all over the place. You have a hard time finding dumbbell pairs because no one re-racks. There is garbage all over the gym floor and no one cleans it up. I’ve been to a multiple blink fitness gyms that are much cleaner than this gym.

After 5 years of attending this gym, I cancelled my membership. It use to be so clean. The bathroom is dirty and
strong odor. I miss this gym but it wasn’t worth paying for anymore.

Good size with lots of equipment and pool. Equipment is clean and working. Lots of parking.

This place is a total mess. It's filthy, and the bathroom is disgusting. They don't even have enough weights for classes, so I have to bring my own. I've sent a bunch of emails to the manager, Jeremy Traverso, but he hasn't bothered to respond. I joined LA Fitness, and it's so much better. If you're looking for a good gym, don't waste your money on 24-Hour Fitness in Pelham. I've tried reaching out and I can't get any assistance.

I came to this gym just for the punching bag, it is in very bad condition. a large gym and cannot purchase a professional punching bag, and they removed the one they had, they violated the conditions for which I came to their gym, so I decided to look for another gym with more opportunities

Gregory is an excellent Spinning instructor. Very detailed and caring to all members. He made sure all participants were adjusted to their bikes according to their height and size. Gym always clean and I like the vibe. Great free weights and machines. We just need more leg extensions machines. Overall great gym.

I really liked going to this location but had to stop because the machines kept being out of service. I appreciated the staff and cleanliness of the areas. They had a lot of space to workout. I attended some classes and loved each one. The staff was friendly and respectful at all times. They helped me and showed a lot of patience to help me sort my insurance info.

Been a member of this gym for a few years now. Moreover, I get the military discount and I pay yearly. Nice place to work out .. alot of equipment, classes cool people and good energy. ?? I've only had a good experience at this gym and plan to continue here. Peace and blessings!
