Terrible service, my order was pushed back twice , as my order sat on a shelf somewhere in the store and I was told it was lost after getting a confirmation from the post office stating it was delivered to the store 3 days prior trying to pick it up. My second order I was only refunded 1/2 my purchase amount and had to again spend more time with these incompetent people to get ALL of my money refunded, save yourself the headache go somewhere else! ?????

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. They call you to tell you prescriptions are ready and then when you get there they’re not ready. I’ve made so many wasted trips here and they never answer the phone. Randomly close for days at a time. I’ve never had a good experience here.

I have called the pharmacy 13 times to get a prescription refill and been on hold for over 25mins on last then get dropped.Absolutely horrible !!

Let me just start of by saying, the bar for any sort of drug store convenience store is L.O.W. In 2023... these huge chains have neglected their storefronts and left stains on the communities they have infested. This Walgreens, on the other hand, has been only a pleasure to me. The shelves are fully stocked and the aisles are clean and organized. The photo center had my prints ready in just minutes, even though they were dealing with other customers. The managers at this store seem to really care about their work and their staff! You can tell there in a good relationship between the employees. God bless them. So helpful. Thank you! Opposite of CVS in "beach shopping center" I go there and the photo center is out of order and the place is a mess.

I wanted a flu shot. I called but couldn't get any answer but the automated message said flu shots were available. I went to their website and the web site clearly stated that walk ins for flu shots were welcome. So I drive down and go to the pharmacy window and get told no walk ins. Appointments only. When's the next appointment? At least a couple of weeks. I asked why the web site says walk ins welcome? She just stares at me and then says, "there's a high demand and a shortage of vaccines so we have to be sure we have enough for the appointments". Which wasn't an answer to my question. So I call up Rite Aid just a block down the street. They apparently weren't suffering from this vaccine shortage and did welcome walk ins. Walked over and got the shot. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Took a while, but I would have saved time if I had gone straight there instead of trying Walgreens first, which is exactly what I will do next time. If you aren't going to accept walk ins don't say that you are on your web site. It's not that difficult.

Cashier was extremely rude and said there is a long line that is closing soon when it was 8:40pm And online for store hours is showing 10pm. The man snatch the bag out of my hand because the card that i put it didn't even went thru assuming I don't had money when I told him there's money that I will pay with a different card, but instead not he just grab the bags and told me again there is a lot of people and didn't wanna let me pay the things that I got. I think if they had a closing time early they should let all the customers know that they closing soon or don't let more people inside I don't know find a way to treat better to customers I was with my daughter so I didn't wanna make an scene but I felt that he was really disrespectful

This Walgreens has a good selection of things and is always neat. I don't want to fight people for them but they often have clearance items. It's a good way for them to clear out goods
