On September 14, 2020, I got into a car accident which resulted in my bumper getting ripped off of my car. It was a very sad moment for me because it was a brand new car that I had just bought a month prior and I developed PTSD due to the accident and my anxiety was off the roof. My insurance wasn’t the best at the time with keeping up with me but Ultimate Collisions Center was. I spoke with Bill who called me and told me that my vehicle was moved to his location and that my car would be ready within a week. Sure I was a crazy lady LOL but I called in consistently to check on my car and bill without questions answered every question that I needed as well as showed me exorbitant amounts of kindness. He told me every step as it happened and I was confident that my car was in good hands. When people saw my car first, they said it looked like it was totaled. The day that I went to pick up my car which was a week to the day that Bill said it would be ready, I received a phone call from Bill stating it was ready and that whenever I was ready I can come and pick it up. Surely enough, my car was sitting right in front looking brand new! It looks better than it did when I pulled it out of the dealership. You would never think anything happened to my car. I’d like to thank the staff that worked on my car and Bill for everything he had done for me at the time of my tragic experience. I recommend this body shop 100% as they show kindness, understanding, Customer service, knowledge and more. If I ever need any work done on my car I have decided that Ultimate Collisions Center will be the center I take my baby to. My car drives like a dream and I could not be more happier! Thank you Ultimate Collisions Center!
