I think I've now dealt with every single person that works here, and they're all extremely nice, knowledgeable, willing to work with you and do whatever you request or need done (and within your timeframe and budget constraints)! What else are you looking for in an auto mechanic? I've been in here for a few little things and now a big thing. My trust and future business has been earned! I take my Audi somewhere else because its a specialty/import, but will continue to bring my American made SUV here, and will continue to do so until they can't keep the (rusting!) nuts and bolts together!

The worse mechanic repair shop... Not professional, the owner doesn't know what his mechanic doing and worse make you go saying the parts are there when obviously they haven't ordered or knows how to do the job... They to me they are not mechanic they are just people pretending knowing their are specialist when they are just student. Today is my fourth week coming here to fixt my car and waiting for a part that obviously never arrive. They are not trusting

So this place is under new ownership Raul the owner is always on site and one of the most professional and up front people I have ever met in this business. He not only repaired my vehicle but did so in a timely manner and did more than was asked .

I can't speak highly enough of Mohammed and his team. We moved here in December 2016 with one car, a '93 Volvo wagon, so taking it locally was our only option. I knew it needed a lot of work, and Mohammed did a great job. Last winter, after burning a ton of oil, he told me that my oil pan was rusted through and would need to be replaced. Keep in mind this is a 93 Volvo, so new oil pans were $500 new from Sweden. A week later I found a guy parting out an old Volvo in NJ, and he mailed me a good conditioned oil pan. Mohammed spent 3 days with the car, and put the oil pan on, and re-did the tranny pan gasket. He even had to buy a custom lift attachment to lift my engine out, no sweat. Fast forward to this Spring and we bought a 2006 Volvo V50 Turbo wagon. After 2K miles it started misfiring on a few cylinders. I brought it to Mohammed to see if he could figure it out. To make a long story a bit shorter, we may have bought a lemon, but Mohammed has been incredibly kind all summer, diagnosing various misfires and problems and ONLY replacing what is needed. I took it to a Volvo dealer to get a full diagnostic test done, and when the dealer wanted to replace what Mohammed had done already, he got on the phone with the service manager and told him "OK, if this will fix Greg's misfires, give him my parts back and I can return them." The service manager changed his tune and did a computer upgrade instead. Mohammed knows his stuff, will take the time needed, and will not replace parts just for the sake of replacing parts. He's a good honest mechanic who does what is needed and no more. Take your car here and you and your car will be treated well!

Worst mechanic ever. I have been waiting 2 months for them to replace the turbo in my car. Horrible business practice. They won't even call me to give me an update on my car. I was told by the owner Muhammad that my car was taking up space and was completely unapologetic about my situation. i paid for the job already over 2 months ago and still don't have my car. The first time they fixed it the part they replaced went bad within a few days. When they sent the part back they sent the hardware to install it with the defective part. They received a new part about a month later and tried to make me pay for the parts they sent back with the defective part. The latest from them is that they got the part and the hardware but my car that has been sitting at their shop for over 2 months is making another noise and the part they replaced twice may be defective again. Long story short and I am leaving a lot out, DO NOT use this place EVER!!! Ps I have wrote the better business bureau and the citgo corporate office and will be filing formal complaints as well filing a small claims action. I waited 3 months to get my car back calling week to week showing up unannounced and couldn't get my car back. Tara Rosenblum from news 12 called them on Wednesday and my car was miraculously ready to pick up on Thursday. Thank you Tara!!!!!!!! Don't use these guys but if you do it's always good to know what a great job news 12 is doing for the people of the Hudson valley. No one should be taken for a ride with no regard like I was.
