I went in expecting the best but received a haircut meant for a Juvenile. The hair stylist just took off too much length in the back, even after I was very specific. Don't they know what an adult haircut is anymore? I will never return.

Took my son to get a haircut. It was only his second one ever and he's not a fan. He's not even two years old. The lady cutting his hair was not friendly or inviting to him at all. I understand it's not a kids place but to engage a little. She botched his hair, granted he was moving and trying to climb down. But I have to take him somewhere else to fix this. And even before leaving she asked where I lived I told her and she told me to go to a place in Mahopac or Mt Kisco next time that has the seats that are cars/planes. I really do understand cutting his hair is a struggle but if you cannot handle it, be honest and ask someone else to do it or I would have went somewhere else in the first place.

Terrible experience with a hairdresser, but she said when I was there it was her last day, she was moving across the continent, so this may be a pointless review. Went in for some color over the weekend as my regular salon was booked out for weeks, I had a last-minute special occasion come up and thought I would give this place a try. Bad idea, my lowlights ( i only had lowlights done ) ended up looking like "spots' in some places and was uneven in others, which I did not notice while at the salon, she didn't offer to dry my hair (which I would have paid for...) Ended up having to spend 3x the original cost today for color correction at a salon that took pity on me and was willing to thankfully help.

Came in to cut off my long hair before I give birth (had to get up the nerve), and they took me very quickly although I was a walk in! My stylist Rosalia was lovely and made me feel at ease. She cut it at the perfect length (I always have a fear of going too short), and asked my feedback to make sure it was just right.Excellent price for an excellent cut. Thanks!

The hairdresser cut my hair to short for $24 plus tip. I tried explaining what I wanted. She jumped the gun and started shaving my head without a black plastic size setting. I'll never go back.1st picture is how my hair is supposed to be. 2nd picture is after her cutting.
