Went through hand wash today with my X3, Told them NOT to use the brushes... Noticed after I left they damaged the front passenger rim by using the brushes..(which I saw them use through the glass while waiting). This is unacceptable. Should have checked before I left. However I should have the dash cam video to prove it..
