I received $2200+ bill from this place (after overhearing talk about the owner taking trips to Tahiti while standing in the office), I was left with most of the issues I brought it in for. Took my vehicle to a new mechanic and explained this to him, and picked up my vehicle for about 70% less than I was charged by Ron's- and vehicle is fixed!Also, one of those "you needed a cabin filter so we changed that" places.... so they add almost $100 to your bill just to pop open the glove box (which I NEVER PAID IN MY ENTIRE LIFE TO HAVE DONE, BECAUSE IT'S IDIOT WORK THAT IS COMPLETED IN ABOUT 2 MINUTES AND THE PART COSTS MAX $15). Have also had brake work done by them and something occurred with the emergency brake which required yet another visit to the shop to correct. One last thing that really made me not trust them is, there was a tool in my vehicle that was missing when I picked up my vehicle... I said what happened to my tool? It was taken out of my vehicle because they had it IN THE SHOP! That makes me wonder.The most upsetting thing is I thought I could trust this shop but clearly, I can not, and WILL NOT ever again. Just hope I can save some of you from an outrageous bill and a headache of having to bring it to yet another shop for proper diagnostics/repair. You might have the newest garage in that area, and impress SOME people with your roomy new restroom, but I'm impressed by mechanics who FIX issues, not charge for ones they give you back. Could have had grease stains all over the doors and windows and I would leave a 5 star review if you were honest and had repaired my vehicle. You're not going to Tahiti on my dime anymore. Small price to pay, to find out who your friends are.Only giving a one star review( not good) because no stars and ATROCIOUS was not available.
