“Joel helped me beyond expectation in trying to get a SIM to work in my Japanese phone. In the end we couldn't get it to work, but he went well out of his way to help me. One thing to remember though, when you buy a service be careful about the return policy - there may not be one!”

He will go out of his way to fix any problem you might have, no matter how busy it gets or if close to closing time. He even sets up our phones with the best carriers. He is kind, courteous and patient. I will never go anywhere else!”
