Me and my kids have been going to Randy for 10 years at least. We have purchased all our devices from him for at least half the cost from anywhere else. He will go out of his way to fix any problem you might have, no matter how busy it gets or if close to closing time. He even sets up our phones with the best carriers. He is kind, courteous and patient. I will never go anywhere else!

I asked JV how much it would cost to remove a Sim card that slipped in my phone off the black incerter.he said it was a major job he had to take the phone apart so I trusted him from the couple times in the past my friend dropped it off and she said how much 50$ so she asked him how long he said a half hour he didn't have to replace the sym card I am a business woman all my life.that is crazy.50 $ for a half hour.another repair store and they said 20 $.i am furious took advantage of me.If he didn't tell my friend a half hour.i would of never know

Randy is the best around. Had a phone that needed a new LCD screen put on it and others quoted 3 times what he replaced mine for. I purchased a screen myself and brought it to him, he fixed it perfectly and it literally cost me a third of what someone in Mt. Kisko had quoted me. He's honest and has great prices. Gets it done quickly too. Will definitely be using Randy again in the future and recommending him to all my friends and family.

I wanted to add a review that the Owner Randy is SUPER nice and welcoming. I called in the morning to see what time they opened and he answered from his cell phone indicating he would be there in a few minutes and to yes please stop in. He was quick and fast knew exactly what I needed which was to change a cracked screen with no hesitation he took the phone and within 15 - 20 min had it completed and I added a screen protector too. His price is reasonable only takes cash, but well worth the quick turnaround and no wait time. If you need any service in this area please do not hesitate stop in here you wont be disappointed. Thank You Randy!!
