They don't follow the same protocols as all other CVS locations. They will not call you to notify you that your prescription is backordered, they will not communicate with your doctor when they need further authorization. The drive thru has been closed for a month for various reasons. They will not be able to find your appointment for the minute clinic and will not call you with your results.

The male store manager is amazing, I don’t remember his name.I only prefer to shop this CVS location because the the service is always top tier. He always willing to answer my many questions and always so pleasant.

the employees are top notch but the store hours can be a little later the closest cvs is beach shopping center and when your kid is sick u feel helpless it would be nice to have a 12am drive through

Even if this is the closest drug store to where you live - find another. The drive through horrible, employees are rude, and try calling to speak to the pharmacist - guaranteed a thirty minute wait for someone, anyone in the pharmacy to pick up the phone.

I don't agree with the negative comments about the pharmacy; I've always been handled professionally and politely. Perhaps some of these complaining Karens are just reaping what they sow.

This particular Cvs goes above and beyond any other Cvs I’ve been in . The store is always well stocked , clean, and very organized. I was in there today and their sales associate Carmen who was was very friendly stopped what she was doing , without any hesitation, helped me find the particular vitamins that I was looking for, and was very knowledgeable about the different kinds, and the different brands of vitamins that they had to offer. This is the kind of employee every Cvs needs.

This is my favorite CVS store. I can walk there so it’s convenient, and always clean inside. The staff are GREAT, friendly and always helpful. The manager clearly trains the staff well. I will not go to the other Peekskill CVS because the staff are not very nice. Prices are good, and always good sales.
