Long wait time. Every time you go to drive thru you have to wait at least 30 min and I realize today it's because no one is working the window consistently; they are inside the store doing other things. I'm switching my meds from here because the line in store is no better. As a mom with infant this store is very inconvenient for obtaining meds.

part of this complaint is for CVS in general, I made an appointment for a vaccine for pneumonia, They ask which one you want, I have no idea what the difference is so when i went in pharmacy i asked before i made the online appointment, I received a very vauge answer, So I just picked the newest one when i made the appointment, in their defense This pharmacy is always overwhemled, when i arrived they were extremely busy, I waited online for 10 minutes to be told to sit and wait and they would be with me in a couple of minutes, Needless to say 35 minutes later, I had to get back online for another 10 minutes to find out why, I canceled and the went online to book another appointment in another CVS. I went to mohegan lake the next day fior that appointment which was confirmed and they told me i could not get it there because i had another appointment with the previous CVS and I ordered a different shot then the first ( this was an accident) so needless to say after driving 20 min to this CVS, I still did not get the shot. So in the parking lot I made an appointment with Walgreens in Peekskill for 2 hours later, They did not ask me which shot I wanted till i arrived at the pharmacy and then explained clearly what the difference was between both ( It took 30 seconds ) I was given the shot and was on my way, The whole experience took less than 15 minutes. So CVS PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, until then its Walgreens for me

This place is nothing short of great. Pharmacy as with any pharmacy in the world could be tied up with lots of prescriptions and people not treating them well. They do not just put pills in a bottle. There’s a lot that goes into the prescription filling process and this is something I get. As for the store itself, everyone is always nice and helpful. Store is always clean and check out lines are fast. I’ve never had problems here. Manager of the store is so sweet too! It’s a joy to see her each time.

Always a long wait. Phone calls are usually not answered or you're placed on hold for a long time. Overpriced--prices are not competitive. CVS is a monopoly, so there's really not many other local pharmacies available.

I have been trying to pick up my prescription for 6 days. They tell me to come back in 20 minutes and then say they are out of stock when I come back. Consistently the worst pharmacy I have had the displeasure of attempting to use

We had two vaccines scheduled for today. Upon checking in we were told that they were out of the Covid vaccine but we could have the RSV. We were told to have a seat. People were sitting in the chairs hacking and coughing, waiting for their refills. After a half an hour, I finally went up and asked to speak to the pharmacist. The male clerk on the front desk said that she was mixing the vaccines for us. Now I’m not a scientist, but I am pretty sure that these vaccines come already mixed. She’s not in the pack brewing up a batch. Finally, I said to the clerk, if I could speak directly to the pharmacist. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional the pharmacist was. She started yelling from the back of the store over all her employees that we needed to understand how busy she was I could not get a word in edgewise she kept talking over me , this was the most unprofessional pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever come across in my life. The girl could not have been more than 25 years old with a major major attitude. My only word of advice is to go to another pharmacy because this one is horrendous. Do not come to this pharmacy .

I moved to the area and decided to give the pharmacy a try by scheduling two vaccines. When I arrived I checked in and was told they ran out. The cvs app did not tell me this. So I decided to get my other vaccine. I was told the wait would be few moments that took about 20 min. I walked out. Well while I was there I witnessed a shouting match between the pharmacist and an irate customer. So unprofessional. I decided to never set foot in this store again.

Prescriptions sent directly from my doctor are NOT getting filled. It just says "processing" on the app. One of them I had to call FIVE days later for them to finally fill it. Now, here I am again and my prescription that was sent in 6 hours ago (that I NEED now) says "processing". I called and the phone rang for 50 min. with no answer!! This is absurd!I had other issues in the past with prescriptions but I will be here all night writing about it. AVOID this pharmacy at all costs!!!! I will be switching pharmacies!

Please don't go here the Pharmacy is horrible I purposely pick up my scripts a day later so I don't have to wait. I go this evening and not only does he tell me I have no prescription he then tells me I have no insurance? clearly they hire anyone because once I became politely assertive I magically have insurance oh and a script? he then proceeded to tell me that they are a week behind on scripts because they let go of alot of people if you have medications you take on a daily basis you will miss a dose messing with this Pharmacy who clearly doesn't understand the business they are in by far the worst Pharmacy IN TOWN!!!!

The pharmacy drive-thru is worse than a stereotypical fast food drive-thru. Have waited over 45 minutes on several occasions. When we mentioned how long they are taking to the employee at the window, they remarked “you should have just come inside.” It should not take over 10 minutes for a single car at the window. The elderly and disabled people rely on the drive-thru for ease of access to their medications. The least they can do is show some pep in their step. Especially cut the rudeness in their staff. Depending on the person at the window, you feel like you’re inconveniencing them when asking for your prescription. Like “they’re doing you a favor”. Show some decency.

They always have what I need. Very popular place, as it is busy all of the time. If the checkout line is long, the express self-service lines are always working. All staff very helpful when I have questions.

Great service. Don't ever go to CVS in Yorktown. Totally worth the 20 minute drive for professional service. CVS in Peekskill is on point

This is just awful my husband had to go 3 times to get my med I got a text 3 times saying it was ready everytime he went not ready and they even said I have no coverage which I do and have gotten meds before everytime there is something wrong they need to fix the problems I can't even give them 1 star horrible horrible I have to give them 1 for it to post but they don't deserve it

I was in the hospital near by, my Dr. Called in my medication in front of me by leaving voicemail to your system. After few hours I went there and they told me that they did not receive any orders for me. And with a smirk on their faces they are " check with your Dr again" Most probably the kids who is working there deleted the voice mail. STOP messing around with people's medication/ health.
