This CVS has the most considerate pharmacist and pharmacy staff.
I have always been pleased with their efficiency. They are polite, curtious, pleasant and respectful.I don't think they even realize how awesome they are !!

Terrible service from CVS in general not just this location. Never able to reach pharmacy by phone. This CVS also only staffs 1-2 people per shift so don’t expect help on the floor.

This establishment requires improved attention and management. Upon arrival, it appears that guests are left to their own devices.
Customer service is severely lacking. The establishment should consider hiring additional staff and improving their treatment of guests.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They really just don’t care about customer service. Picking up pre-ordered photo prints after receiving confirmation that they’re ready for pickup should be a seamless experience. Not so at this branch. The filing system is clearly horrendous. They ask for last name but that doesn’t help much. They don’t even want the order number when offered. No communication while standing there waiting for 15-20 minutes while they shuffle through files haphazardly. Eventually they need to reprint a photo magnet. The CVS assistant proceeds to wander off, adding another 5 minutes to the wait even after they’re screw up and need to reprint, while the product is sitting there ready to be collected. No apologies and seemingly this is business as usual at this branch. Sad state of affairs.

By far the most unhappy, unfriendly, unprofessional CVS I’ve ever had the displeasure of entering. Not one employee seems happy, no one ever smiles or greets customers. This review is of the store only, I’ve never used the pharmacy here.

This place has become worse! Horrible customer service. You have to wait for hours to talk to the pharmacy. They are very rude as well over the phone. So sad!

First they overcharge the products. For example, Pedialyte here is over $9, at stop and shop it’s around $6.50. Second, the store will not use a courtesy card to discount. Additionally as a ‘health’ store I’m always confused about the racks and racks of candy and soda they sell. Don’t they know those products have zero health benefits or vitamins in them? I’m sure the pharmacy is good though. But we use rite aide for that.

I am a bit partial to CVS since I worked there for 3 1/2 years. I have seen the changes in the store since I left and I’d say, for the most part, the store has improved. When I was there we were encouraged to great and offer assistance to customers. I don’t see this happening much anymore.

I’d give -30 stars if I could. This place is terrible. They are understaffed and never have scripts on time. Often waiting 1-2hrs for a script. The pick up lane is usually 20 cars long. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

Long wait time. Every time you go to drive thru you have to wait at least 30 min and I realize today it's because no one is working the window consistently; they are inside the store doing other things. I'm switching my meds from here because the line in store is no better. As a mom with infant this store is very inconvenient for obtaining meds.

part of this complaint is for CVS in general, I made an appointment for a vaccine for pneumonia, They ask which one you want, I have no idea what the difference is so when i went in pharmacy i asked before i made the online appointment, I received a very vauge answer, So I just picked the newest one when i made the appointment, in their defense This pharmacy is always overwhemled, when i arrived they were extremely busy, I waited online for 10 minutes to be told to sit and wait and they would be with me in a couple of minutes, Needless to say 35 minutes later, I had to get back online for another 10 minutes to find out why, I canceled and the went online to book another appointment in another CVS. I went to mohegan lake the next day fior that appointment which was confirmed and they told me i could not get it there because i had another appointment with the previous CVS and I ordered a different shot then the first ( this was an accident) so needless to say after driving 20 min to this CVS, I still did not get the shot. So in the parking lot I made an appointment with Walgreens in Peekskill for 2 hours later, They did not ask me which shot I wanted till i arrived at the pharmacy and then explained clearly what the difference was between both ( It took 30 seconds ) I was given the shot and was on my way, The whole experience took less than 15 minutes. So CVS PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, until then its Walgreens for me
