I know a lot of people have negative views about this branch but that is not the case. They are very responsive.”

“Went to three different Chase branches in the area looking for assistance with opening a savings account on the app. Nobody took their time to help me except when I walked into this branch and was assisted by Emmanuel Rivera. He took the time to help me trouble shoot and assisted me with cashing a check. I always feel grateful when people take the time out of their day to help. Keep up the good job!”
