My 2 year old son wanted to run after his 3 yr old sister and do toddler things! Instead of being pissy or mad she “got it” which meant the world to me. This is how places should be. “I walked into her boutique with a tired, grumpy and unhappy attitude and she turned it right around. I ordered two dresses that were completely out of my comfort zone and was panicking because none of my bras were fitting the dress right. I was frustrated!!! I had an hour before the bus came and I ran to Gena store and bought two amazing bras. Immediately tried them on and it was perfect with the bra. She literally made my day!! She really knows her stuff and has a bra for every person.”
“We have been customers of Duluth Trading since the early 2000's--mostly online as the brick and mortor in Ramsey, NJ did not open until 2018. We love coming to this store because the staff are friendly and always willing to help.
On our most recent visit in May 2024, we saw Karl hustling to keep the clothing folded & organized and Barbara working diligently behind the counter. Both were very helpful and provided us with good information regarding the current sale items.
We can't wait for the next time we're in the area to stop in!”

“We’ve been coming here since it opened in 2017. A lot has changed since then. Both great and ehh.
It may be under new management because it’s not as organized as it used to be. Sizes are placed everywhere, at times it can be hard to find what you’re looking for.
However, there are always new brands coming in so we appreciate that.
The store was once immaculate and customer service was outstanding. Eye contact, greeted and asked if we needed assistance.
As an outdoor family, we continue to come here because they offer so much of what we need.”

“Elite Repeat in New City is the ‘caviar’ of consignment shops, and it’s a delight to shop AND consign there.The owner, Ann Marie, has many high end designers such as Dior, Gucci, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc… She sells sunglasses, belts, jewelry, shoes, hats, dresses, everything a quality boutique would have but of course, at good discounted prices.To consign with Ann Marie is just as pleasurable as to shop at one of her two stores. Because she is extremely organized and communicates well, I trusted her with my items I had to say goodbye to due to downsizing. She kept track of everything that sold or didn’t sell, not an easy task as I’ve experienced in my dealings with other consignment shops.I highly recommend Elite Repeat to anyone wanting to look like a million bucks, or make a million bucks (latter not to be taken literally of course…).”

“Huge shout out to Claudia Lopez in the Paramus store. At the time of purchase I did not realize I was charged 3X for a single roll of wrapping paper. During a very stressful time in my life, she was able to research and rectify this oversight without my needing to return to the store.
Kohl’s has been my go to store. I have not adapted to the new Paramus location yet, but will absolutely make an effort to do so as a thank you for her efforts to go above and beyond!
