Nice facility but inconvenient hours of operation. The sales people here signed me up for the wrong membership too. I wanted something I could get out of but instead had to make payments for an entire year.

I recently joined this gym and I am blown away by the quality of yoga classes they offer. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and provide personalized attention to each and every member. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, making for a perfect yoga experience. The studio is well-equipped with everything you need for a successful practice. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for the best yoga classes in town!

Gym is clean and the staff is friendly The saunas and steam room is a nice touch to this gym. Plenty of cardio machines

Pretty good and clean. Enough room and machines. Not many kids. Well maintained and good vibe.I little bit pricey but otherwise pretty good. Closes early on weekends.

Best gym in rockland!!EXTREMELY CLEAN, friendly staff!! Weight section is great- members have respect for the gym because the staff is respectful!!! Things are always where they should be which is a huge plus if you’re in a time crunch- you always know where to find it!

Well working out during covid really sucks, but here at visions they really went out of there way to keep everybody safe, everybody where’s a mask and the equipment is spread out to maintain social distancing. Cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer is available Through out the gym. It seems like they are doing a lot of cleaning all day long. Thanks again going the extra mile
