Went last week to get a new passport. Suraj made the entire process so simple. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and also professional.

I went to the Pearl River post office to renew my passport. Steve gave me the forms to fill out and told me what I needed to complete the process. When I came back he took the needed pictures. He couldn’t have been nicer. He was kind, communicative and competent. He made a stressful task easy. Thank you Steve!
