I have had a TD Bank account at this branch for many years. My younger sister passed away last year in Massachusetts. When I went into the bank to close her account, which has only about $1,100 in it, Denise told me she needed to check with a superior because she was unsure if the probate papers I presented were adequate. It took weeks before i heard back from her. After she left me a phone message explaining why she couldn’t t accept the papers, I contacted the Massachusetts probate court and was informed the papers were fine. The probate clerk also offered to speak to TD bank. I called Denise back, but she didn’t return my call. When I called again one week later, she said my papers were defective for an entirely different reason and that she would not be willing to speak with the Probate Court. It’s hard enough losing a family without having your own bank make it more difficult. I’m seriously considering closing my account.

IF THEY COULD OF RECEIVED A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD GIVE IT!!! The absolute worse service ever from everyone in the branch both tellers and the manager and I didn’t get my transaction completed and was late to work!! Horrible service. Will never return to this location again.

Spent 20 minutes trying to make 1 deposit. I was ignored at the drive thru so i went inside. Only 1 teller was helping the line while 4 others roamed around talking.

I can not speak for other TD branches but this PEARL RIVER branch has given me experiences to never forget. My loan officer Bonnie gets things done. The high level of proffesionalism has me traveling further just for the wonderful experiences. Misbah is wonderful as well. Thank you.

I deposited a single check at this ATM and the machine read the wrong amount, an error of $900. I have a copy of the check deposited that clearly shows the amount of the check. I have been trying to 2 days to get this rectified and it still has not happened!
