We took our golden doodle in yesterday and they returned him with one of his nails cut to the skin! He was bleeding throughout the whole day and in pain. When we called to let them know the person on the phone said it was "normal" and "very common" which I don't think so. We've taken our dog to other places and had cut his hair ourselves. This has never happened. I understand we can make mistakes but for her to dismiss it as normal was very frustrating. The appointment was at 9 am and the photos are from 10pm that night. He's still bleeding. All of his nails are cut right to the rim where his skin is.

I just got my dog groomed by the sweetest, Linda! She did so well with her, no more than 1 plus dog there while getting groomed (which is a huge plus for my dog), called me 3 hours later (attention to detail(: . I was very pleased!

My Sadie, a 12 pound cockapoo, has always had great experiences, after trying a few other places. She doesn't have to spend the whole day there, it's always clean, everyone is friendly, and she looks great when I pick her up!

Scruffy to Fluffy will be our new groomer for my little baby cockapoo Sadie. She's been groomed before, but with Mike, he asked very specific questions about what I wanted for her, and definitely knew alot about her breed. I'm always nervous leaving her anywhere, but when I picked her up, she wasn't shaky, or crying, as she has been in the past. His salon is very clean, and very calm, not overbooked or too crowded. Super happy, and will be going back in 6 weeks!!!

The people here are absolutely amazing. I brought my golden retriever in who has not been groom in a while and does not like to be washed and they handled her no problem. My dog came out smelling fresh and clean and their price is almost unbeatable.

Audrey and her team are amazing I've tried a few local groomers and have to say Scruffy to Fluffy is top on my list ... so glad I found them ... the care and affection they give to my pups...she's so patient...Rosie and Kobe adore herShe has such a great demeanor with dogs so happy with them I will keep coming back

Amazing curbside service with the nicest staff!! This was our first time at Scruffy to Fluffy and we will definitely be back!! Vienna is so fresh and clean - and her new cut and fluffy tail look adorable!! She definitely went from Scruffy to Fluffy!!

My puppy Minnie had her first grooming visit ever and the ladies were kind and gentle with her! They listened to what we wanted and she came out better than I imagined! She was also calm afterwards which says a lot! Thank you! We will be back soon!
