By far the cleanest auto shop I've ever been in! A truly easy and pleasant experience getting my car inspected. Rather than deal with trying to find an auto shop in Manhattan - I took a mini road trip into Pearl River. Called ahead and made an appointment. James was professional and courteous and had my car inspected and ready for me within the hour. Not pushy or trying to upsell, but he gave me helpful advice on work I should have addressed, which I appreciated. Will return again and highly recommend to others who are looking for a good auto shop with pleasant, honest service.

The garage was incredibly busy this day before Thanksgiving and they worked late and diagnosed the issue and helped take care of us ASAP. We were very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Their 5 star rating is extremely well deserved.

I've recently started using the services, of the PR Automotive garage. Do first impressions count .. Yes, they do. The entire garage is spotless. That is a reflection of the work, that this garage produces. Need an inspection ?? Your inspection sticker is placed on a clean windshield and it is positioned correctly. Some people don't notice, but, I certainly do. James and his crew do a commendable job in running this garage. The amount of cars surrounding this garage selects that.

Was locked out of my car for 4 hours 2 places came to try and help they couldn’t do it went to pearl river auto and they came right then and opened it with in a minute they didn’t charge me and I work at the pizza place across the street all he wanted was for me to buy him a slice definitely recommend this shop
