Their service is second to none! All of the staff is extremely niceoffering a personalized way of helping you, like in the old days. They are polite, patient, even when I've asked the same question over and over. I don't know if RX in Pearl River is corpoarate owned, but it doen't have that feel, it feels like a neighborhood pharmacy. You couldn't find a better one.

They used to be good. They are just as bad as CVS now. Pricing drugs on a whim. And they should know the rules regarding the affordable care act but they don’t or they don’t care. And they use their patrons to wage their war w the ins companies. Im not interested in being a pawn in their war. Very unprofessional.

To be honest my son switched over before I did. I'm so glad I followed! What a nice change of pace, nothing like the local large chain drugstore. The staff is truly kind, polite and very helpful! The pharmacist herself gets personally involved. I can't give enough positive feedback.

I used to go to CVS pharmacy to refill my son‘s prescription it was a total mess. Since I’ve switched to Neighbor RX they are simply amazing, they are very attentive they pay attention to every single details and they go above and beyond to assist you with your needs. Patrick is amazing his customer service skill is beyond what words can describe thank you for a wonderful experience .

This pharmacy is great, the staff always goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need. It’s a much more personal, responsive service than the typical chain pharmacies.On one occasions last winter, I ran out of medication in the middle of a serious nor’easter. I called the store and they were closing early so the employees could get home safely; but the employee was willing to wait until I drove to the pharmacy before she left so that I would have the medication that I needed in the proceeding says while we were snowed in.This is just one example of the personal service they provide here, and it is greatly appreciated.
