Hi! My group and I had such an amazing ride with our driver Jose. Jose was a great person — so sweet. He had party lights and let us blast our own music. Also, the company was extremely responsive on the day of. Highly recommend!

The service Mex Limo provided was too notch. He picked my wife and I up from our wedding at the agreed time, and even allowed us to have a photoshoot before getting in.

Wonderful car service. Quickly respond to emails requesting service. Appreciate black car service & cars are very clean. Drivers are friendly & very professional. Very dependable service. Always the company we call for airport runs etc. Highly recommend.

Under no circumstances would I say I had a positive experience with this company. My mother prepaid and scheduled a limo pick up for 3:30 for a party and when we went outside they were nowhere to be found. We were on the phone with this people for about an hour and they had no answers for us. I had photographers and a venue all paid for certain hours. The lady on the phone had no idea where our limo was and said that it would be an hour and thirty minutes until they can get us a limo. I was extremely frustrated at their incompetence so we ended up agreeing on a FULL cancelation/refund. The agreed multiple times on the phone to provide a complimentary limo at one of my locations for pictures so I can at least have picture in the limo. I called the lady when the limo arrived to double check this info because the driver was under the impression that he would be taking my party to a different location. However, they would charge me for the ride, which I wholeheartedly declined and did not take. Safe to say I thought I was done with this fiasco and would not think about it again.HOWEVER, I get a call today saying they want to do a partial refund on because they provided a limo for the pictures. That was a complimentary limo they provided as an apology for ruining such a special day with their incompetence not to add that I reconfirmed multiple times after being placed on hold to ask their boss if they could do that in the first place. This company is really irresponsible and disappointing. I am really not the type of person to write reviews but after the call I got today I felt like I needed to. How do you want a person to pay for almost a full service when NO service was provided? I am almost tempted to report them for their deceiving practices.

Excellent service. Easy to book the appointment and when my flight got delayed they handled it excellently. My driver was great and was very clear and easy to find. He was great and safe driver. The car was the cleanest car I have ever seen. Would highly recommend.

They took my business and totally overcharged and did not have a limo for my business I paid very well for. They sold my business I hired them for…. for profit to another company without me knowing. The limo that came was old and embarrassing for the money they charged me it rusted all over and they took my money for tip that was included so I had to tip again only cheap water for kids. Driver was nice but this whole experience and money I paid was a complete rip off.
