“I have lived here and shopped at ShopRite of Pearl River (twice a week at minimum) for over 30 years. I had an unpleasant experience today at self checkout over an item that scanned incorrectly. It was minor really but the attitudes of the self checkout team member and the front end manager, whom I have never seen before (I will assume he is new), were, to me, major. ShopRite...your loyal customers are not there to steal, get reproached, or have precious time wasted. Stop and correct the bad behavior now before shopping at Stop and Shop looks like the better experience!!!

I want to post this long overdue update...giving it Five Stars. One of the Shop Rite managers called me to express concern and discuss my experience. He assured me that my experience, as well as appropriate protocol, had been discussed with staff. I very much appreciate the call, the concern and the follow-up. Love my Shop Rite of Pearl River!”

“I've been going to this particular ShopRite in Pearl River New York for over eight years. I give this establishment five stars the area that's located that only has a good amount of space but also it has a great small little food court area for people to be able to actually have prepared food and the diversity of cuisine that you can really choose from. The separation of organic and non-organic fruits and vegetables is well organized. I truly have enjoyed the small little bakery area as well as I've been able to enjoy the kind and efficient employees that work there as well too. I am also very happy to see how well they establish Meadow ShopRite has changed over the years going from its traditional cash register to know the touchpad and cashier free checkout service. The customer support team is very helpful so my overall view is four stars the only thing I would ask is that if they could be able to make more space for people to be able to move through the isles that would be very helpful.”
