Gave good rating,but,have to say that before the went to the store I spoke to some Verizon person on the phone and he made an appointment for me at this store when I got there the associate didn't know I had appointment and also the phone I wanted was not in stock so no sale was made and my time was wasted.

Come to the store @ 12 pm on a Saturday. Lights on door locked. No one picking up the phone. Listing hours are 10am to 7pm. Had to drive here to pick up a router by 6pm. No one here or answering phone callsUpdate. The response says less than ideal. How about totally inconvenient, how about a waste of three hours of my time.

I bought a phone, case and screen protector at a Russell Cellular Verizon store in Maine while on vacation. Without asking me, they installed the screen protector .... incorrectly as it had a big air bubble and cracked from the middle out the first day. We were on a road trip so when I returned home I contacted Russell Cellular. They said as it was less than a week, go to the closest store...Pawling... and they will replace it. Apparently when you Google and call the local store, you are reaching Corporate. The Pawling manager (?) Christian was extremely rude to me. Would not acknowledge Corporate's solution. Very rude. Condescending. After calling from my car to Russell Cellular's Customer Resolution, I was able to go back in the store and get my new screen protector that I will install myself. Christian seemed subdued. This is a $60. Item. To quote my husband " That kid may be a wiz with phones. But has not been trained in customer service.." So yes to Russell Cellular....no to the Pawling Verizon store.

I drove 20 miles to get a new set-top box for my TV. The employee handed me a used one. I called Verizon and they arranged a new one, which was handed to me in "original packaging." When I got home, the wrong power cord was in the package, one that did not fit the appliance. So likely this was another used model. I called verizon, but they don't manage the store in Pawling, so I called the store and asked them to send me the correct cord but the employees said he wasn't authorized to mail me a cord. He told me to call back in 2 days when the manager would be back.Truly hideous customer service and despicable that they dispense used equipment, telling customers it is new. Beware.

I drove 20 miles to this store to get a new set top box for my TV. The salesperson gave me a used one, without the cables,etc. I called Verizon and they approved an upgrade, since they had no new boxes of the same type I returned. I was assured all parts were in the new package and checked before leaving, only to learn when I tried to install the box at home that the wrong cable was packed. The cable didn't fit the box with which it was allegedly factory packed.. The salesperson must have put another used unit in a new package, but neglected to swap compatible cables.Absolutely contemptible.

Came at 6:30 and closed, “temporary” hours are until 6. I even called before coming to verify, guess they never told the Verizon call center. Also says open till 7 online. I understand staffing challenges, but get it together and communicate!

Well illuminated and professionally organized. Small but every current device is on offer. Friendly, highly knowledgeable staff who wear no mask when store is empty but put it on when you come in to remind you that you are a walking germ bag. Parking streetside or in lot directly next to the store.

My experience with the Verizon Pawling store was better than any other experience. As a twenty year veteran, I have visited multiple stores in multiple states and was pleasantly surprised!Tyler was patient, extremely knowledgeable of the product line and vested in my customer experience with Verizon. I would recommend this store for anyone looking for assistance with phone plans, androids, iPhones, tablets and accessories.

I was hoping to get a new tablet for my daughter but learned it would cost me $130 to get out of the contract for the tablet that no longer works! The tablet isn't worth that much. I was wrong in thinking I could buy a new tablet and then transfer the service. They get ya coming and going! The sales clerk was kind and has no control over Verizon policies, but frustrated with this expense during this time when she can't see a lot of her friends, thus wanting a new tablet to have virtual playdates.
