Lisa is TOP NOTCH! I never had a problem with her and never a bad experience giving blood. Even my wife who has shallow veins has never had a problem with Lisa getting blood from her. R.N.'s at the hospital can't spike a vein on my wife as well as Lisa.

Lisa has been very kind and caring. Throughout my health event, she has been one of the few who was able to extract blood from me during my weakened condition. Whenever my doctors call for blood tests I will always go to her.

I’ve used the Pawling location of Sunrise Medical Labs for quite a few years now, recently twice in two months. The young woman that runs the whole show is efficient, professional and just extremely nice, even under pressure. It’s rare to experience a wait, but even so, it’s worth it.

Please find a better option. They don’t do their job and when you ask for it they are EXTREMELY RUDE.Their customer service is horrible, they speak to you like they are making you a big favor and make you feel horrible all the time.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Such a messy.I spoke to a lady called Su from billing department and she was asking me all the time why I was transferred to her. She was rushing me like she wanted to hang up quick and it was the worst experience.

The posted hours are 7:30am to 4pm, well here it is 7:50 and no one is here. I dont know about the rest of the world, but if I'm not 10 minutes early to work, I'm late
