  Absolutely Horrible. I have been using them for over 30 years but I will be finding a new Doctor.It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone except for their answering service. They used to call with blood work results from my annual physical but it seems they only use the Portal now.My PA told me I could use the email on their portal which I tried but I haven''t received a reply.If being able to talk to someone in their office is important to you (which it should be) look elsewhere for a doctor.

  I have to write about how promptly I received a response to my phone call stating that I need to see a doctor.I was seen immediately and the doctor was fantastic, her name is Amanda McCabe. PA. She was very efficient and proscribed my meds. Everyone in the office was polite and efficient.Thank you all
