“Thank goodness that Eliana's Wireless is right here in town. I had to go there not once, but twice today. First stop was bc I put my sim card in up side down and it got jammed. The owner, George, SAVED the day and was able to get it back out for me. Went home to try to set the rest of it up, but of course I had I.T. problems, so I googled what time Eliana's was open and thankfully it was 7pm. Ran out the door for my second trip there....And George SAVED the day yet again! Even though it was a busy Friday, he took care of each person with great customer service with everything they needed.”

“Gave good rating,but,have to say that before the went to the store I spoke to some Verizon person on the phone and he made an appointment for me at this store when I got there the associate didn't know I had appointment and also the phone I wanted was not in stock so no sale was made and my time was wasted.”

“This review is several months in the making, but better late than never.Unfortunately, given I’m the only member my phone plan, I’m no longer a Verizon customer. Say what you want about the costs, but they are easily the most accessible service provider around. They also have pretty standard pricing on chargers and cases, so they’re often my first stop when I need new accessories.Several months back I went to unplug my phone from the wall outlet. Upon grabbing the phone, I noticed that the small piece that inserts into your phone had broken off the USB port and was stuck inside my phone.Given my phone was somewhat charged, I called Verizon about 5 minutes before closing time and explained what had happened. I even explained to the gentleman that I live in Put Lake and it would take me about 10-15 minutes to get to the store. Amazingly, the owner said they were just closing up, but that I could stop by to buy a new charger before they finished closing out the registers.While, I can’t remember the exact name of the store manager or the associate who helped ring me out, I’m still very grateful for this encounter. It’s moments like these that make you a returning customer.Thank you again.”
