I was told from another mechanic that I needed a new steering rack and steering column. When John looked at the car, all the car had was a leak. He was honest enough to inform me what was wrong with the car. I would highly recommend Duchess Auto for their honesty and integrity.

We were renting a cottage on Whaley Lake when a slow leak developed in a flat tire overnight, just on the morning we were picking up our kids at the train station in Pawling. They were super friendly and polite, and within a half hour had discovered a nail and patched it for us even with a full garage of other cars being worked on!

Went to get an inspection there and they are super fast and friendly. I like how they have a set daily time slot in which they do inspections in the morning to just get it out of the way. The line is only really “crazy” at the beginning or end of each month, but still super quick either way.
