Every single Staff I spoke to was very friendly and happy to answer all over the many questions I had, I will continue to purchase from them. Highly recommended.
I also purchased a ruger 10/22 from then a few years ago and they made the process smooth and the gun works flawlessly and was a very fair price at the time.
Can't think of a single bad to say about them they were fantastic, and the pup was very friendly as well.

I've been here a few times years ago and spent a lot of money here and they treated me like garbage. I stopped going here years ago cause of that. When I tried to get parts for certain guns they didn't have them. When I wanted them to order some parts for me "oh yeah aha gives us your contact information and we'll get back to you", they never ordered the stuff I wanted, never got back to me and blew me off like I was nobody (and that was the staff. My father always say "the staff resembles the owner and are the face of the company". So if the owner is a bum so will be the employees). This place is a real dump. Then one time I saw the owner at Orvis Sandanona (before I stopped going to this dump), I waved hello and smiled and she just keeps her grouchy face on, doesn't say anything and turns around. Let me tell you something, your attitude either brings people into your business and keeps it open or it drives people away and makes them go somewhere else, which it did to me. The owners and staffs attitude drove my business to other stores that are within 15 minutes of this place. I would give this place a negative star rating if I could just for their attitude and blowing me off like nobody after spending thousands of $ at this dump.

Great place, Micheal was awesome, but somewhere between buying and picking up my pistol it was changed. One of the reason I purchased my gun was for the awesome grips it was nice and gritty and had good hand feel, but once i picked and and brought it home it felt as if someone had sanded off that nice grip I liked and dulled it down some how. It was the first thing I noticed, and to check and if I wasn't mistaken I put the additional Backstrap it came with on and it had that nice gritty feel I liked from initially shopping and consequently purchasing this weapon confirming my suspicion. I am not happy with that. Don't tamper with people stuff after they bought and left in you care for proper procedure to take place.

Couldn't be happier. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, they have a nice selection of firearms and accessories for any purpose and budget, the store is clean and organized and the prices are very competitive. They also offer a wide selection of classes and training courses. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Gun shops can be intimidating especially for a novice. Adaptive shooting Sports is friendly and welcoming. I have always found Mike and Cassandra very courteous and knowledgeable about shooting sports and firearms .The shop's gunsmith Robert is top notch.

What a great place this is! Called up to see if they were open and what was in stock and Michael was soHelpful. I drove over and he showed me all the guns that would best fit what I was Looking for. He didn’t pressure me at all, he didn’t show me the most expensive guns, he knew everything about every gun. I wound Up buying a beautiful Glock and all thanks to him. Such a nice, clean, and friendly environment. Can’t wait to purchase some more firearms from here.

The one thing that I can say is this is one of the finest firearms establishments in the state. I have been going there for almost two years and I am so happy I found it. This place really breaks the stigma on the “grumpy gun store staff” stereotype. In the firearms business it is so important for the staff to make customers feel comfortable no matter how vast or limited their knowledge on firearms is. My friend was making his first firearm purchase this weekend and he asked for my recommendation on where to go. I told him Adaptive without a doubt should be the choice. It is about an hour drive from where we live but we took the trip and needless to say he was very happy we did. I have dealt with Mike before when I went, he is a consummate professional and a wealth of knowledge and makes you feel welcome every time you show up. Ed also helped my friend out today and he was fantastic and really made the process super easy and comfortable. This crew wants everyone who is able to have the chance to practice their 2A rights. I will be continuing my patronage at Adaptive for all my firearms needs. This place is top top notch!

Drove by this place for years,and had zero clue it was there,stopped to check it out. Was welcomed right away had great conversation with Ed and Mike. You can tell they're both very knowledgeable right off the bat. Ill be back there soon and recommend checking them out

Good service throughout my purchase took about 40 days from purchase to pick up, Not in their control at all Westchester county smh..Very accommodating given my distance to the store getting me my paperwork. Class act
