He helped me throw my spare on and insisted I use my money to get the tires fixed. An amazing shop with incredibly high quality tools & service. “I was referred to Mr. Richenberg by two friends. I was told by a Ford dealer in Orleans County (who charged me $99 just to LOOK at it) that to fix the problem where my Ford Escape wouldn't come out of park I needed a $450 part to replace the whole shifting assembly. ( I didn't even ASK them about fixing my cruise control that stopped working.) Took it to Mr Richenberg - and HE tested the car, and said I needed a $30 brake light switch replaced - and that that might also fix the cruise control problem. I told him to replace the switch and then we'd see if we needed another part for the cruise or not. Well, the brake light switch DID fix both problems. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Richenberg Repair. Honest and efficient people. MOST SATISFIED.”
“Woke up at the Abbey, went to the car and was greeted by a 'low pressure, back left tire' alarm. 300 miles from home. One isn't supposed to swear on retreat, I guess, but I'm ex Navy :) checked reviews and distances and went here. WOW! Got an appointment early that afternoon, went in at the appropriate time, car was on the rack in 5 minutes and tire repaired and I was on the way back to the Abbey in 35 minutes. “I had a normal situation turn quite pricey when other service shops couldn’t get my lug nuts off to replace tires. Monro was there for the job, they were able to remove my lug nuts, replace the ones that needed it after what they went through to get them off and got my tires on AND even though it took over an hour, they charged for an hour of labor. Grateful my car has new, safe shoes for my upcoming trip - would not have been feasible without these guys!”
