Andy worked his butt off to figure it out, going so far as to bring in a regional GM rep to work on it late into the evenings. “Had an alignment issue with my Lincoln, called eagle street they got me in the same day & quoted me a fair price. Upon arrival A mechanic took my car directly in, no wait. (Awesome) while I waited I was greeted by an older gentleman and his dog Gunther (also awesome) he sat with me talked with me and showed me photos of him when he was in the war and operated a large gun. About an hour later my car was ready and is now driving like never before, reading the past review should any issues arise, I will update my review, however when asked the owner advised should anything come up do not hesitate to give a call and they will address it ASAP. Overall, good experience, honest mechanics, no “add ons” attempted. I would absolutely recommend.”

“I brought my car in because the A/C had stopped working. Instead of any sort of upsell, Chris advised me to just grab a can of refrigerant from down the block at AutoZone. He showed me how to do this relatively simple procedure, and then was actually in touch for the rest of the day via text, asking how things were going. Dude probably saved me at least a hundred bucks, and also earned all of my future business. His honesty and helpfulness were a breath of fresh air. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
