My car was stolen with my purse and much of my personal belongings. After explaining what happened to me, resolutions team allowed me to pick some gear out at the value of my gift card. “We weren't so sure about this place the first time we visited years ago, but recently my son asked for a specific rifle for his 18th birthday, so we thought we would give it a shot first because it was close to home and many of our friends love the place. My husband and son went in to check it out telling the men what they were looking for and told them then would be back soon when my son was 18 and could purchase it himself. A week or so later they walked back in and the guys remembered him and congratulated him for turning 18 and helped him with everything he needed, he walked out a happy guy! A few weeks after that they stopped back in for ammo and the guys were laughing asking him if he was ready for another one. They have made him feel very comfortable and he is looking forward to his next purchase!”
