“Every time I’ve gone into this store with my daughter the staff has been incredibly patient and helpful. This evening the young man who was working took so much time to help my daughter try on a helmet and cleats, discussed how after time the helmet padding would break in and fit to her head, how he’s seeing more and more girls wearing helmets, other concussion precautionary equipment, recommended the cleats he thought would serve her best and let my 7yo son try on equipment as well.
Whomever is hiring the staff here is doing an excellent job.”

“I recently visited the Lululemon store at the Danbury Mall in Danbury, CT, and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a saleswoman who immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. I explained that I was looking for a specific pair of pants but only saw the ones with the pocket on the side, which I didn't need since I don't get out much to walk anymore due to battling stage 4 lung cancer.
The kindness and understanding I received from her, the manager, and the other saleswomen working that day were truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to assist me, making me feel valued and cared for during a challenging time. Their compassion and excellent customer service have made me a loyal customer. “We weren't so sure about this place the first time we visited years ago, but recently my son asked for a specific rifle for his 18th birthday, so we thought we would give it a shot first because it was close to home and many of our friends love the place. My husband and son went in to check it out telling the men what they were looking for and told them then would be back soon when my son was 18 and could purchase it himself. A week or so later they walked back in and the guys remembered him and congratulated him for turning 18 and helped him with everything he needed, he walked out a happy guy! A few weeks after that they stopped back in for ammo and the guys were laughing asking him if he was ready for another one. They have made him feel very comfortable and he is looking forward to his next purchase!”
