Excellent service! Have used them for maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and also body work. Work is completed when promised and they will never try to upcharge you or try to get you to do a service that you didn't need. They will explain everything in detail to you and go over your invoice so there are no surprises. They are always very trustworthy, courteous, professional and honest. I am very happy to be a very satisfied customer!

I got recommended Patterson Auto Body from a family member who had a great experience with their collision repair, so I wanted to make sure that when I had my accident I went to the same place based on the good work that they do. Michelle helped me out with everything that needed to be taken care of. The these guys do excellent collision repair - definitely bring your car here.

I do a lot of work on my truck myself, so I evaluate someone else's work- by closely reviewing. These guys are amazing - honest, experts in their field and have identified upcoming problems that need to be taken care of (before I end up broke down and stranded). I've been coming here for the past two years and will keep coming back.

This was my second experience using Patterson Auto Body for accident damage to my vehicle. My recent experience last week was remarkable. Excellent customer service here each time. I'm extremely satisfied with the body work and for making it easy. They Were helpful with the whole rental process, courteous, professional and efficient! I didn't realize they did auto repair work, thought it was just a body shop. I plan on using them from now on for auto repairs to my Subaru. Great job by all!!!

I have been going to Patterson Auto Body for many, many months and its my " go-to" place for auto repair, general automotive maintenance and body work when needed. Service was immediate and responsive. Having a great automotive service team in the community is equivalent to having a good internist. The folks are exemplary in their kindness, thoughtfulness and automotive-service acumen What a great resource. Regrettably we humans are an odd lot in that personal satisfaction varies greatly among us. Seeing and doing what needs to be done (with customer's approval), in a friendly atmosphere is their hallmark. Luckily its more the rule than the exception. Thank you Jim, Michelle, James et al for being there when needed. Keep it up Patterson Auto Body!!!!

Don't ever use these guys unless you don't want to have a properly fixed car. Brought my car there after a buck hit my right fender took 3 months to get it back. The amount of mileage and car set in sport mode made me think it was a toy to them. I'd never go back and poo on them to everyone I know.

I've been here numerous times for different reasons. My last visit was to fix a steering problem. They fixed everything and didn't charge me anything extra which most auto body shops tend to do to young women. I went to pick up my car and immediately when I got in my car I noticed a strong stench of cigarettes. I do not smoke, nor does anyone who's been in my car. There was ash next to the gear shift AND a burn hole in my steering wheel. I also noticed that my steering wheel was covered in dirt and so was the E-brake. I went inside to question why my car was dirty and if anyone smoked in it. Some guy who seemed to have some manager position said "wow that's crazy! I don't know what happened, no one here smokes cigarettes!" Likely story.... I also pointed out to him that there was dirt covering the steering wheel. As he literally wiped it off, he said it was just from the wear and tear of driving. But like I said, he was able to wipe the dirt off. They didn't help solve the situation or even offer to clean the rest of my car. It's very hard to believe that no mechanic there smokes cigarettes. Not sure if I'll go back after being disrespected like this

This is easily the best service business around. My husband and I have had a few accidents in the past few years and the staff at Patterson Auto Body make the process of getting our car fixed so easy. They handle the insurance, the rental and keep you in the loop at every step. And obviously, the car work itself is on point. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy of the staff and how they seem to go above and beyond just repairing your car. My car was in the body shop for about a month for repairs from a minor accident. Part of that time was having the car sent to the Infiniti dealer to realign the cameras and sensors. A few things that stood out for me: 1. That car was due for inspection. When I called and asked them to inspect it while they had it in the shop, they immediately gave me a status of the body/repair work without me even asking. Oh and I don't think they charged me for the inspection if I remember correctly, which I think is part of their policy to include free inspection for repair work. 2. When I picked up the car, I was surprised to see that the whole car, inside and out, was clean! And not just a quick vacuum, seemed like a full detail. I have two small kids so the car wasn't exactly neat when I dropped it off. 3. Also when I picked up my repaired car, on a Friday afternoon I asked if I could leave another car to be inspected over the weekend. They told me they were booked and couldn't get to it until Monday. I said that's ok I'll try somewhere else. They said give me your key, we'll get it done Saturday. And they did. This place clearly takes pride in treating the customer first. There's a few businesses in the area that set a great example of how customers should be treated, and this is certainly one of them.

Since taking my car to them in winter 2014, I had to get my AC checked multiple times each summer through a fault of theirs and the paint is chipping and bubbling on my hood. Very disappointed.

I have had them take care of my inspections and oil changes for a few years. I just had them take care of some body work on my wife's car. They did an outstanding job. The work was completed within the three days they estimated, cost less than their estimate and was done flawlessly. I would highly recommend their services for fuel, service and body work.

I just had my wife's car in for brake and transmission service and also asked them to check out a scrape on the front bumper, thinking the bumper to be repainted. Well, the car was serviced, but no charge for the bumper, they buffed out the damage. I was fully expecting to pay for the extra work, Rich the estimator said no. I'm bringing in one of my other cars for service next week. Thanks Patterson.
