“I'm never in need of a storage space. But this time I was. I decided to shop around online and since I've passed this place a few times I was like, ok, let me check if out! Went online, saw pricing info, reserved my space, and that's it! I ended up emailing and asking to see if I could move in sooner than the reserved date. Donna immediately responded, said to come on in during their working hours and that's what we did! It was so easy. We walked in, she pulled up my reservation. Signed the contract. Was even able to purchase a lock through them. So easy. Unfortunately the unit we got ended up having a little damage from the previous renter that hadn't informed All Storage. After moving our things in, we realized it and immediately informed Donna. Let me TELL you. She immediately jumped on the phone to get her repair man to take care of it right away. It turns out because of the holidays things got a little delayed. She made sure to keep me up to date with everything even when things were delayed. Not only that, she went out of her way to make sure we got taken care of. Donna has been exceptional. She went over, above and beyond with her customer service skills. Obviously I needed to store my things either way. But there's nothing like finding people that care, communicate, are kind and go overboard for you. Especially during these times, kindness goes such a long way. Thank you Donna and All Storage! You all are great!”
