“My family has been using Community Pharmacy for years. There is a big difference between the chain pharmacies and Community. The staff are friendly, kind, and knowledgable. During the pandemic, they remained open with curbside service so we could still get our medications and you could even have them shop around for you if you needed other items! I believe they will still bring your prescriptions out to the car for you if you are ill or don't want to go into the store.”

“This particular Rite Aid deserves a whopping 4 stars. It's a true rarity to be greeted these days as you enter the store and be thanked for shopping there Store was brightly lit, clean, organized, and well marked. Not getting that close 5th star because a lot of their Summer goods[placemats and such] were depleted not allowing to complete a set, for example. Had to take what you could get. But, in their defense, Summer items DO move quickly. Yes, they have plastic bags for free at the register. Good prices I'll be back here sometime soon”

Everyone is always happy to greet you and the pharmacy always knows your name. They basically don't go anywhere else even though there's many options around. The store is very clean they have a bathroom in the back right and they always have some great sales.”

“We stop in here quite often when the Stop & Shop in New Milford is closed and we need several items and don't feel like spending more at Big Y. I love that it's open until midnight, that's really helpful if you need a quick item. The store is always clean, bright, and well stocked. The bakery is great! The banana bread and blueberry muffins are amazing! The vanilla cupcakes we bought were moist and fresh, and they tasted wonderful. Always check the dates on the cakes, they print when they made them, which is great because you know how fresh they are. The store has lots more balloons and flowers than the Danbury locations. The flowers were all very nice with a huge selection. They had a cute display with pumpkins. The meats were good. The produce was still hit or miss. The watermelons looked fine, but the berries didn't look too good. The staff were all very nice and very helpful as usual, especially the young man working the self checkouts. Self checkout is great, they run it well. The only issue is the seafood, it doesn't look or smell too fresh. Other than that, this store is still good. 4 stars”

“My son needed a prescription and CVS didn't have what we needed. I called Shop Rite myself to see if they had it and got an immediate response! The pharmacist, Kim was super attentive and had what we needed. I called my son's doctor back, he immediately called in my son's prescription. I'm happy to say the transition was quick and smooth. We will be filling all of my families medications moving forward.”

“Great customer service. All of the Pharmacists are really helpful but especially Anthony. He is extremely, knowledgeable, helpful and at the top of his job.I found the Acme Pharmacy by accident when I was trying to find lower co-pays and coverage for generic medicines Aetna decided "they no longer cover" They couldn't tell us before we renewed? Anthony helped me with GoodRX and SingleCare to buy all of the medicines needed and we have saved collectively (for the family) over $300 a month since we began using them. No more Drug plans for us.”

“Amazing! Jubilee was very efficient, and had the best attitude to do her job. Main pharmacist is very helpful, and knowledgeable as well. There is a female pharmacist (don’t know her name). She’s amazing too. She filled 2 meds. that needed refill right away. She was still working on them when I arrived, but Jubilee moved them to the top of the list, and I walked out with all my meds. Jubilee also submitted hard paper copies of my glucose meter without having to call my Endocrinologist to submit it electronically. All staff is very helpful, they always have the best attitude, and eager to help. Thank you!”
