My experience with Go Mini's of Putnam and Dutchess was more than what I was expecting. I had called other companies in the area, they did not compare in professionalism, Go Mini's were personable, knowledgeable as well as extremely helpful. John went above and beyond to assist me, and my client. Billy, dropped off the unit he was so knowledgeable and helpful in placing the unit in the perfect spot that was best and most accessible.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Heather took the time and explained everything. Our driver Bill was also wonderful. He was very nice and communicated with us every step of the way. Highly recommend these guys!

The Go Mini team was a pleasure to work with. They were able to provide a storage container on short notice - we had just had a flood and needed to move things quickly. It was clean and just the right size. Pricing was very fair, and they were accommodating with scheduling drop off and pick up. The Go Mini team really made an unfortunate situation a lot easier to manage!

First impressions are so important. After reaching out to several other pod companies for sizes, prices, terms, etc, I called GoMini's for information on their terms for rental of a large size pod. I was first impressed with Heather, who answered the phone and clearly explained all the terms, options and costs for various size pods. After completing our conversation, I hung up the phone and told my wife that, as far as I was concerned, we need not look any further--all due to the initial interaction with Heather that morning. During a few subsequent calls for clarification and to set up a delivery date and time, I got to speak with Dana and the manager, John, both of whom were as pleasant, professional and courteous as was Heather. One of the important components of our request for a pod was that it was in very good, or next to new condition (we live in a lovely neighborhood). On June 8, 2024, a very pleasant and courteous young gentleman by the name of Bill Cody pulled into our driveway, right on time, with our pod that looked virtually brand new. Bill proceeded to take meticulous care in placing an 8'x16' GoMini's pod in our driveway.
Each of GoMini's representatives were an absolute delight, true to their word, and as professional as could ever be expected. The pod still looks great in our driveway, and we can't recommend GoMini's enough to any customer looking for an honest, professional and punctual company with whom to do business.
Thanks to each one of GoMini's team for an exemplary job done on our behalf.
