She was friendly until last month, but around 11:30 on 12/27/2023, an elderly woman who looked about 70 wearing a gold heart necklace and a gray cardigan, whom I had never seen before, had a frown on her face and asked questions as if interrogating her, and was very unfriendly.

The staff at the location is unfriendly and incompetent. Made an appointment 24 hours ahead with the branch manager, when I got there she appeared irritated and not knowing she had a scheduled appointment. She had “something else to do” and could not help me. Very unprofessional!

I will never ever take a loan or credit card issued by Chase Bank. I traded in my 2021 Jeep Cherokee on July 2nd due to the holiday the car dealer sent the payoff on July 6 Chase received check on 7/7. I have made alot of phones to complain and I get know where. To find out why my loan isn't closed. On 7/28 or so I found out that Chase lost, yes lost a $32,000 check. Then Chase sends me to collection. I get phone calls and letters saying my account is past due... The car dealer spends $30 to stop payment on check. The dealer send new check and Chase posts the payment on 8/11. Now they will not release the lien cause they say I owe $141.82 for late fees. What is this f-ing world coming to. We are being run by f-ing idiots. I wish I knew of a lawyer. Or does anyone know of one!! The car dealer can't sell the Jeep because of the lien.

Cold. That's the word I can come up with. Dealing with family loss and finances is hard enough. Hildegard, and her associates were cold and quick. Didn't appreciate their service!

We tried to open our business account and they were absolutely no customers, the bank rep said we needed no appointment to set our account up, I'm on crutches from an injury that happened and the manager came from the back saying we need to come back at 4. Customer service is awful. Chase should be ashamed that they allow people with zero customer service skills to operate an entire bank. No wonder your store has 3 stars

Convenient location inside of ACME supermarkets. Open Saturdays until 2pm. It's not a regular bank but it has all the perks of a Chase.

Convenient location inside of ACME supermarkets. Open Saturdays until 2pm. It's not a regular bank but it has all the perks of a Chase. Very nice staff and wonderful customer service. Speedy, convenient and always smiling. You can do your groceries, get your Starbucks and do your banking all in one location. Not too bad for a one stop shop.

There is one person working here. I don't even need to do a complicated thing. Waited for an hour while the banker and the person before me chit chat about their family. So disrespectful as I can here them laughing so loud while they know there is someone waiting behind them. Do yourself a favor and just don't go to this branch.

customer service is so bad. Banker is always not showing up during working hours. I went there but the staff asked me go to other branches.
