“While my vehicle was unfortunately stuck at the repair shop for an extended stay, dealing with Avis was definitely a high point. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the car was near new and clean, and the couple of free upgrades that I received were definitely a nice bonus. We liked the car so much that we were actually sad to return it and were contemplating purchasing one.
