If there was a way to give zero stars I would’ve preferred that option. The woman at the pharmacy was so rude and doesn’t have a care in the world to come up with a solution for the customers. Refused to get on the phone with the hospital as they were asking to speak to her to rectify an issue with insurance. “The pharmacy doesn’t call anyone, send a new prescription or pay cash” I could understand if there was a line or the pharmacy was busy. However there were 3 ladies working and I was the only one in the pharmacy.

Just had a really great encounter at Walgreens. My sinuses are killing me and I went to the pharmacy in the back of the store to ask for help, they are always helpful but as I made my way to the front of the store, I asked the cashier a few questions and he came out to help me on the floor. His name is Aiden and he's really, really helpful. You can tell he cared about getting me the right product that would help me the most. Granted, Aiden is not a pharmacist but he used common sense and used his time and patience and made me feel really good about my shopping experience. Thank you so much, Aiden. I hope you get to see this review and feel proud of yourself for going above and beyond to help a customer and give them a professional and enjoyable shopping experience. Dont ever change! I felt totally discriminated against for being Latino. I entered the store and asked the cashier for Western Union, she rudely told me where the office was located and they never helped me. I waited a long time and nothing. And the store was completely empty. There were no people buying.
I am Argentine, professional and I have three weeks in Patchogue. And this is the reception I had.
Truly a horror!

I saw a review by jungle chic regarding the racism she had received at this store and I'm here to say that the employees and managers also hover over me n my toddler every single time we're in their store!
Besides being falsely accused of stealing even though I had, have a receipt when I called the store for the name of this ignorant biased person for my attorney I was repeatedly hung up on following the managers quick reply stating "we don't talk to lawyers"
Ok first, I'm not a lawyer and second, my lawyer would easily subpoena the biased person who made this false report!
WORST of all was today when they called the cops on me knowing and having on video that I walked in w the same diapers I left with as well as receipt of proof of purchase the receipt for the items I did purchase there! I ended up having to call my father to pick me up, my attorney AND even worse being a 39yo woman I got smacked while holding my 2yo daughter by my dad AND after numerous calls to this store requesting the name of the person who FALSELY accused me the manager hung up on me 3 times stating that they don't talk to lawyers! Wow! So why call the cops on a false accusation but refuse to speak to my lawyer!? The cowardly manager knew he was wrong hence hanging up on me three times without giving me his name even though I advised him that I am not a lawyer and that my lawyer had asked for the managers name!
***Yet they let homeless people camp out there***

Pharmacists are all lazy and rude. Was a customer at Rite Aide for years till they closed and tried this Walgreens for the last few months and have had nothing but problems and rude, lazy staff who don't even bother to act like they care. Horrible service and people. Will take my prescriptions elsewhere.

If you are my skin tone they watch you until you get to the register and then make you wait with other assistants available... still no one helps until brown tone people get loud then they wanna help ... Patchogue has the lowest property value and still act as if they better then the whole long island NY .... Fail as a grade when arrival
