Would not recommend. They do everything the other Verizon stores do but very unconventionally. I tried to trade in my phone with the manager and he was looking to charge an extra 400$. I went four days consecutively back to try and talk to someone and on the last day a different employee helped me and showed me there was no reason to be paying that, but rather a 50 dollar restocking fee. Would never recommend!

Terrible customer service, now I have a
$2.5k bill from Verizon, 3hr at the phone to solve this issue.
I repeat, don’t accept any deal from this store.

Do not go here. They don’t explain that some of the setup is optional when discussing the prices and we didn’t realize they charged us double for things until we got our bill. Absolute scam. They charged activation fees that weren’t activation fees, but transferring data, THAT WE DID OURSELVES! Been on the phone with Verizon customer service for 4 hours trying to fix this.

Danni Rodríguez is a scammer, this person told me that my bill would be for 190 dollars and today my bill is 390 dollars, do not believe anything he says because every time I talk to him he tells me not to pay the bill that he order and it's been 3 months and the bill continues to arrive the same, don't go to this store.

Jas Sean Jiyell are so clueless I have been away from Verizon since November 2022 and I'm very happy. Verizon charges you for things you don't have. They can't open a safe they are still way behind the times. Stick with prepaid your in control no bills.

SCAM/LIERS/THIEFI cant even describe the horrible experience we had here.Im just gonna advise ya’ll to avoid going here or just go to a real Verizon store.We were attended by the store manager DANNY RODRIGUEZ who says he is a new manager to everyone. ( it’s probably bcz of the bad reviews the store has)I think they have some kind of trick to SCAM people, because they talk about all this promotions that they have and when is time to pay they never approve “the promotions” so you end up paying HUNDREDS of dollars extra form what you where supposed to pay.Me and my husband went to get a 3 line service and Danny was bringing up all this promotions and saying that we would only pay about $190 a month. Long story short… we been dealing with them for more than two months because we are getting bills of $500+… they say they will fix it, but they never do so the bills just kept increasing because it was overdue. At the end of the day we had to pay for almost all of it while they keep saying that they “got it” …

These people are thieves!!They recommended this limited time offer where i could get a new phone, ipad, and apple watch, for free, only paying for taxes, and promised over and over again that my monthly bill would not go over $200, i traded in my old iphone 12 pro max, but i never got a credit for it either, when i call verizon they say they dont have any records of it, my last bill was $403. It has been over 2 months of constant visits to this store, and calling verizon but the problem can never be fixed and im conviced it wont be. The manager’s name is Danny Rodriguez.

Bill still $169 I was told it would be $90 tablet in a safe nobody has access too ?? at first Shawn seemed nice friendly but I'm strictly business and so far I'm not pleased. I'm about ready to go back to prepaid too much stress and not worth it. How can you have a safe filled with devices and have no access to it and Verizon being a high end company they can't get a safe open come on now ? when I call they have no idea how long it will be. Here's an idea instead of sending Verizon trucks to play with the wires how about employing people who know how to open a safe derr. I may or may not stop in later I might just go back to prepaid $50 a month. I also don't feel comfortable giving Verizon my debit card info they would if deducted $169 on October fourth. I'll decide later today but right now I'm leaning back towards prepaid.

Worst store ever. Wasted hours of time, paid and never received any call when the order came in, went to the store and wasted 2+ More hours never to get help! One person only helping and incompetent. Cancel all orders from this store!

Been waiting since November 2020 for the manager of this store to call me back with an issue I had with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. After getting the phone almost a month after it was promised me, an employee tried to convince me to take a gold phone that I didn't order (he ordered the wrong color), then finally after a month I receive an iPhone that was unable to make calls for 2 weeks. This store refused to helped me and I had to go elsewhere. Never made good on any of the problems they caused nor apologized or too responsibility for their mistakes.
