The team at this Verizon store was so professional, friendly, and helpful - it was an easy and quick experience getting my daughter a new phone. Both Rob and Bob went above and beyond with their service, and I would highly recommend this store as your Verizon go-to place.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had with one of your store managers, Steve.
I visited the store because my phone wouldn’t turn on, and I needed help. Unfortunately, instead of offering real support, Steve only quoted company policy and said the issue wouldn’t have happened if I had chosen a more expensive plan. The only options he gave me were to buy a new phone or use an old one I already owned. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported.
However, I’m happy to say the issue was later resolved with the help of Sandeep from your customer service team. Sandeep not only helped me get my phone working again but also made me feel like a valued customer. His professionalism and care were a great contrast to my earlier experience.
I hope you can look into this matter and ensure that all employees provide the same level of respect and support that Sandeep did.

This store is a great example of why you need to check out a business for yourself!
They’re under new ownership and the new people are amazing. Rob helped me out and only sold me what I needed while giving me great customer service!
If you have Verizon you have to check this store out! And if you plan on switching come to Rob!

I recently visited the Verizon Wireless location in Patchogue, NY, and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I walked in just looking to explore some options and walked out with three new phones and home services—all thanks to Robert, the amazing rep who helped me from start to finish.
Robert was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different plans and features, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. He didn’t rush me or try to upsell me—he genuinely listened to what I needed and tailored everything to fit my situation.
What really stood out was how smooth and efficient the whole process was. I never felt pressured, and Robert
made what could’ve been a stressful visit feel easy and even enjoyable.
I saw some of the negative reviews before coming in, and I have to say—they do NOT reflect the experience I had. I encourage anyone reading this to come see for yourself before judging based on the 1-star reviews. Everyone’s experience is different, but mine was nothing short of excellent. Huge thanks to Robert and the team at this location!
