Just received a box of medical supplies. I guess they are having a bad day because it looks like they stomped on it. It is just unbelievable how awful this US institution has gotten. Crushed and half opened in the rain. You don’t even deserve 1 star.

im so sick and tired of not getting my mails for the pass month my mails been short i have imformed delivery and i see my mails coming and the post man not delivering my mails on scherger ave i habe important mail for my daughter twice he did mot delivered it

Went here for a passport photo and the employee helping us out was very friendly and helpful! Great experience :)

I wish I could put 0 stars, these people are the most nneficient in all long island, they hate their job and dont know how to treat a customer. They are public employes, so the public should be their priority. So miserable the way they live their life, I feel sorry for them. The lady Michelle is the worst, is the same lady in charge of passaport process.

I came today to deliver a package, the lady with orange hair, I don't know her name, was so smiling with the previous person she was serving, but something happened that when it was her turn to help her partner with a man who speaks Spanish, her face changed completely , and needless to say with me , I asked him a question and he made a horrible gesture with his face , if someone works in customer service they should be kinder , they cannot have preferences and treat people as they see fit .
Unlike her partner with Asian features, she did try to help and was very patient with the man, who was so nervous.

First off the automated system is so glitchy and keeps thinking you’re saying something that you clearly are not. It also disconnects you in the middle so you need to call back and sit through the same options again. Then by the time you get to speak to a human being they are so extremely nasty and unhelpful that you wonder why you even bothered to call. The they/them I spoke to named Aaliyah was the most unpleasant, unprofessional being I’ve ever encountered before. Not sure how she even hold a position at this establishment. No help whatsoever!

I agree with the reviews very lazy employees who object doing simple tasks every month they have new employees at this post office as of yesterday I started going to the cash checking place to get my money orders.

For the first time in my life I'm able to leave a positive review about an experience with a United States Post office. Obviously the building ownership and management isn't any different than any other post office what made the difference was the person we dealt with. Xavier was the first truly happy and kind post office service worker I've came in contact with. His genuine friendliness made for a great experience.

1 star is pushing it. Probably the most nastiest human beings on the planet, not 1 manger there is knowledgeable they make me feel stupid everytime I walk in and ask a question, only one clerk with glasses and I forget his name is very nice but besides that I’d rather take my business elsewhere a lot of people I feel that just want a paycheck and not actually do what they get paid to do.

I contacted them about a package that was going back & forth from rocky point to Patchogue for a few days & they got back to me immediately, found my package & it was at my house the next day. They also called to confirm it was delivered & explained what the issue was. Awesome customer service.
